When i return, i will return to this hotel. Excellent hotel with excellent value and quality, a prime location just a 5minute walk from one of taksim areas most wellknown streets. The staff is always willing to assist you, provides complimentary tea and coffee, and is dedicated to their job 24 hours a day! I appreciate your generosity.

Hotel yang bagus untuk uang dan staf yang luar biasa. Namun, dari kamar lantai empat Anda dapat melihat tumpukan sampah di atap. Bukankah sudah waktunya pemilik hotel melakukan ini? Panjang tempat tidurnya agak pendek, jika tinggi Anda 180 +, kaki Anda akan digantung.

Lokasi, lingkungan dan kebersihannya termasuk hotel terbaik. Tidak ada bedanya dengan gambar promosi, bersih, variasi sarapan cukup memadai, walaupun tempatnya kecil, ada sarapan prasmanan terbuka. Sarapan ditemani musik santai di depan perapian sangat menyenangkan dan menenangkan pikiran. Ada resital piano dan minuman ringan di hari Sabtu, dipikirkan dengan sangat baik, ada banyak hal di tengahnya. Anda dapat berjalan kaki ke tempat itu. Kami sangat senang, terima kasih.

Hotel ini pasti layak mendapat bintang 5. Lokasinya sangat bagus, sarapannya bersih dan terutama resepsionis Pak Dogan sangat baik dan perhatian. Anda dapat pergi ke hotel ini tanpa ragu-ragu.

Hotel ini bagus, kecil dan nyaman! Lokasinya sangat bagus, di sebelah Taksim Square, 5- 10 menit berjalan kaki dari bus bandara, metro sangat dekat, dan jalan pejalan kaki Istiklal dengan restoran dan toko dimulai di sana. Sarapannya enak, bervariasi, buffet, ada keju, buah-buahan, zaitun, manisan (halva, madu di sarang lebah, dll), kue kering dan masih banyak lagi. Di resepsi Anda dapat minum kopi, teh, jus, dan hidangan penutup 24 jam sehari gratis. Kamar memiliki teh, kopi, gula, air di lemari es. Sampo, kondisioner, dan gel juga tersedia. Setiap hari mereka membersihkan dan menambahkan semua yang Anda butuhkan. Staf sangat ramah dan bersahabat! Terima kasih banyak atas layanan hebat ini!

Overall, we paid about 55 usd per night, which was not worth it. Great location very close to taksim square, and the daily breakfast from 9 am to 11 am is quite pleasant. There is free flow of hot tea, coffee, and water at the reception area, and the staff are nice and helpful. However, the rooms are very cold, and the heater didnt work on the first night. Also, even though we bought the family room, it is very small, with only a bed and a small chair. You wont have space to fit two toothbrushes on the toilet sink! The pictures are misleading.

The hotel is in a great location, right in the heart of taksim. Taksim metro can be reached on foot in a short while. Although the hotel is modest, it is lovely. The reception decor was particularly appealing to me. The only issue was that the room we were given was on the top floor, making it a little warm.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel, and the staff members were extremely helpful. It was my first time in turkey, and they assisted me with everything i needed, including obtaining a sim card, metro card, and power adapter. The rooms were neat and clean, and the location couldnt have been better. Taksim square is only 200 meters from the hotel. One thing i noticed was that the prices on other platforms were higher, so if you are a tourist from another country, you might want to call the restaurant directly.

The most welcoming receptionist and staff ive ever encountered! The room is brand new, and it is daily cleaned. Breakfast is average. If youre primarily interested in the european side, the location is fine. Overall, a decent hotel for the price, but the staff is fantastic, i will return because of this.

Overall, it was a fantastic experience. The rooms are quite small, but they are adequate for tourists, and can be noisy at night, so if youre sensitive in this regard, it is advisable to bring earplugs. However, we were ok with sleeping without plugs. Breakfast is decent, and it is served on the terrace with a view.

Hotel kecil yang bagus, lokasi nyaman. Jika Anda datang dengan mobil, terdapat tempat parkir umum 100 meter, halte bus Havaist dan Havabus 5 menit berjalan kaki. Para pemuda yang sangat ramah bekerja di resepsi. Kamarnya bersih, nyaman, tempat tidurnya nyaman. Sarapan disajikan di teras.

Pak Erkan sangat perhatian di resepsionis, membuat Anda merasa nyaman di hotelnya, bersih dan lokasinya sangat bagus, saya merekomendasikannya. Meskipun kamarnya tidak terlalu besar, namun dekorasinya sangat bagus. Lokasinya yang dekat dengan kawasan Taksim adalah keuntungan yang besar. Pak Erkan bersedia membantu segala urusan Anda, dan sarapannya cukup.

Lokasi hotel ini sangat dekat dengan Taksim Square dan dekat dengan halte bus bandara. Kondisi kamarnya bersih dan tidak ada yang kurang. Namun, kamar di lantai atas 4 sangat panas di tengah musim panas, sehingga AC sangat penting.

Saya ingin berterima kasih kepada semua orang, terutama Pak Erkan, Pak Oguzhan, Pak Serhat, Pak Deniz, dan para nyonya staf di lantai, karena mempermalukan kami. Kebersihan, pelayanan, lokasi, perhatian, semuanya sangat bagus. Sarapannya enak dan waktu sarapan sampai jam 11.00. Sampai jam 00 juga merupakan keuntungan.

During our trip to turkey, we stayed at three different hotels. Simply because of the customer service, this was our favorite hotel. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The rooms were immaculate, and they served a delicious breakfast with a view of the city. The only thing that was challenging for us was traveling with children and having a stroller to raise the entryway each time. It wasnt ideal with the kids, but it would be fantastic for anyone traveling without children.

It boasts an ideal location, conveniently located near numerous historical sites and breathtaking attractions, as well as convenient access to the metro, funicular, bus stations, and taxi stops. This small hotel is very nice. We stayed there 5 nights. We were greeted by a piano concert, since we came on a Thursday evening when they had a great piano player playing jazz standards and chansons. We had drinks and food and a very warm welcome. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast continental style is served in the hotel restaurant on the top floor with a nice view. The location is perfect, almost on taksim square, there is a metro station just across the square and you can easily get anywhere in the city from there. The extra bonus is they offer free coffee and tea, water and some refreshments all day in the lobby. We also got two bottles of water every day for free in our rooms. Very nice.
