This hotel is not overly noisy. The location is close to bars and cafes. But, the rooms were clean, but the bathrooms were not clean enough. The location is near to the pier and square. Definitely recommend this place!

I would absolutely recommend this place to travelers. Puffin hostel is better than I expected from a budget friendly motel. We stayed as a couple and got our own room and bathroom which was clean and has all basic amenities like water bottles, air conditioning, toiletries, etc. It has a roof-top kitchen and is well-maintained with a tiny dining room. You can cook your own meal, there are plenty of dishes and cutlery available with a microwave, oven, and kettle. The location is very centrally located in Besiktas with a street full of food places. Nights are very lively.

I spent one night in puffin. It was cozy and the staff was also friendly. The room was well heated. Prices are not bad for the area. The best thing about the hostel was the cleanliness of the room.
