The hotel has the potential to be excellent, but some areas have gone unnoticed. For individuals who enjoy the bustle of a busy street and shopping, the location is excellent. The staff members who work there are exceptional. They are both kind and helpful. The drawbacks. Every room's design is quite subpar. We were assigned a tiny room where the bathroom sink was close to the bed and not in the bathroom, thus you could just take a step out of bed and brush your teeth from a foot away. We slept with the windows open because the air conditioning in this room was also broken. You can imagine how much slumber we got by being on a major road. about 1 hour. Then we were moved to a larger room. The room was huge, but in order to use the toilet, you must go through the shower. Your feet will be soaked if someone showers, so you must wait. The water also didn't drain properly, so the toilet area flooded as well, so you could spend the majority of the day just using the restroom. Next, there is one tiny light throughout the room. We had to use our telephone flashlight to find anything. The third window now faced the hotel's interior lobby. Because we were on the first floor, we could hear everything that happened in the lobby. Overall, it was feasible for the price we paid. But I

This is a charming boutique hotel in the heart of everything! The breakfast was excellent, we stayed in a superior room, and it was very pleasant, though a little noisy, so it was never a problem during our three-night stay. Both Beirut and the staff to management were really helpful. I would like to emphasize that the lighting in the rooms could be improved, it is unsuitable for night readers. Additionally, the shower toilet layout is incorrect! Because the water is on the shower floor, you must proceed to the wet floor if you need to use the restroom, which is not good at all.

It's a beautiful place, nice people, and wonderful workers. Every one of them, but it feels special ones that I adore and will never forget. I met today, security. She is a hard worker that always pays close attention to little details to make us feel comfortable. She is definitely a lovely starting point for breakfast.

About The Public

Located between the historical buildings of Beyoglu and around the corner from Istiklal Street, this boutique-styled hotel, has a neo-classical, art nouveau style and consists of 52 high-ceilinged rooms centred around a large courtyard or inner garden. At the turn of the 20th century the building housed the Serbian Consulate; now it has been restored to a stylish hotel with an environmentally friendly concept.
