The hotel is ok, if paid by voucher A lot of stairs. In and out ( but that's normal thing in Istanbul) Staff very friendly and helpful My room was not convinent for a more than person, ( a tall or large person will suffer a bit )or if you have large luggage The toilet seat and sink are made D.I.Y . I could not seat properly I liked by fact that the room was dark and quiet by night .

Otelin konumu iyi ama her yer yokuş merdiven.

Supplies were limited like tea bags, coffee and mugs were not changed even though we stayed for 3 days. Staff was friendly and the room was clean. If your budget is low, then this is a great option, Overall: Average hotel

We couldn't even stay for one night. When we arrived, there were no staff available, and the front door was locked. The neighborhood is not suitable for families. The bed sheets in our room were dirty, and we even saw a prostitute inside the hotel. Overall, it was a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The photos and reviews online looked great, which is why I booked this property, but the reality was completely different. The hotel was extremely dirty and poorly maintained. When we arrived, there was no proper check-in process, and nobody was available to assist us. We had difficulty getting access to our room because no one responded to our calls or messages, and there was nobody available to provide the room key. The room itself was unacceptable. Basic necessities were missing, including tissues, soap, and other essential amenities. Whenever we tried to contact staff for assistance, nobody responded. The lack of customer service, cleanliness, and organization made our stay very stressful and disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and would strongly advise future travelers to consider other options. Very misleading advertising and a complete waste of money. Avoid if possible.

A fuire....
