The hotel boasts a 5star rating, but considering the facilities and infrastructure, it is suitable for achieving rated 4 stars. The rooms are spacious and spacious inside the villa. There is hardly anything in the property that requires renovation or facelifting, yet there is plenty of lush greenery. It would be advisable to stay within the city with hints of the countryside if management had renovated the place. Service is prompt and satisfactory. Given the amenities, the prices of rooms and villas are exorbitant. Free parking and wifi are available. Overall, this hotel receives four stars overall.

The experience was enjoyable. I had a great time. A pleasant location to stay and spend time with your family. An ambiance that is surrounded by lush greenery, bringing vigor to the area. There is also savoring encircled by flora. From 7 am to 6 pm, there is an emergency swimming pool with supervised security. Check out the villas photos for more information.

The property boasts a spacious size, featuring four bedrooms, but it is located behind the Emirates mall, occupying one of the oldest villas in dubai.

We had a great time staying at villa 21, the villa is large, wellorganized, and has nice furniture. We were three families and it accommodated all of us. The swimming pool is nice, but temperature control is not controlled as it was very hot all the time. I want to thank mr. Eskender at the reception for his hospitality.

This place is ideal for a large family. There are three bedrooms on the upper floor, each with en suite bathrooms and parking for two cars. The location behind the mall of the emirates is peaceful. It is easily accessible. Within five minutes, there is supper.

Over a few months, i spent countless hours at coral boutique villas. Had gotten to know everyone very well. My villa was quite large and spotless. I barely had any other visitors because it was surrounded by dozens of other villa members. The kitchen is fully equipped with the essentials in order to cook. Modern and tastefully furnished, the rooms are roomy. On the back side of each villa, there is onsite parking available. Because it is located within the compound, having evict dining throughout the day is convenient. You can also enjoy breakfast by the pool while dining in the communal restaurant, which serves food until late at night. Very competent and polite personnel. Moe and al barsha are nearby, another convenience. Your life is made simpler by numerous restaurants. For those without vetting rented opulent individuals, using the metro is highly convenient

We will definitely return someday. The ideal family or small group getaway. Home away from home. Friendly staff. A cozy setting with plenty of space for outdoor relaxation and other activities. Wellfurnished and spacious villas, fully equipped with all the essentials. We loved it. Our kids never wanted to leave.

A very elegant boutique hotel a short stroll from the mall of emirates. Each villa is tastefully decorated with four bedrooms, stifling living area, wellequipped kitchen, car garage, and maid quarter. All villas have separate entrances from outside and face the pool and restaurant.

The closest metro station is sharaf dg. I didnt go inside the entrance, but i thought it was very lovely. It is close to an emirates mall.

The price is too expensive. There is underground parking and plenty of space. The kitchen and bathrooms are subpar. Bed is not comfortable. It meets expectations but is expensive, restaurants and grocery stores are nearby. A 10-15minute walk will take you to the emirates mall.

The room was spacious and very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful whenever we needed assistance. Great place for large groups to stay together. Convenient restaurant on site. Nice pool. Excellent location.

A boutique villa hotel in al barsha 1. It is a 5 star property, but the services, infrastructure and facilities are 4 stars. There is no bar, one restaurant, and plenty of greenery inside the villa compound. All villas are four bedroom villa with almost all facilities. Good staff, friendly, free wifi and free parking. Just stepping away from the mall of the emirates and metro.

This villa is close to the emirates mall and many other activities in dubai. The villas are suitable for families because they have two floors with two main bedrooms and a large living area on the ground floor. Inside, there is also parking for each villa.
