The rooms are a bit old but good, especially for the budget friendly price. Buffet is okay not so good and so bad. Staff are good especially at night for security and guard.

We had a wonderful time during our stay. We felt at ease and at home. The room was wellfurnished and welllit. Breakfast was served at 6.30 am, and it seemed like they were aware of what their visitors would like. They served dishes from all ages, including indian, english, or lebanese. My kid enjoyed eating breakfast here. When we return to Dubai, we will definitely stay here again.

This place is ideal for the price they ask. In June 2019, i spent about three weeks there, and it was even less expensive than my apartment on jbr. The room has everything you need, including a kitchen, washing machine, comfortable bed, tv, balcony, nice wardrobe. It is conveniently located near the metro and downtown just ten minutes by car. However, dont anticipate new furniture or anything of the sort in if youre not expecting it. All in all, its excellent. By the way, the staff is really helpful.

The customer service was not very good at first. Once we got the room, everything went well. The suite room was very big. Room service also good. Breakfast is served in the rooms. Location is perfect in bur Dubai. Alfahidi metro is only 5 minutes walk away. I would recommend it.

The rooms are spacious and wellkept. The buffet is disappointing, the only staff member who works as a housekeeper is polite. However, overall, they are not very helpful and occasionally impolite in addition to this.

If at all feasible, maintain the swimming pool (the heat control is broken). At the very least, provide ebike parking for students. By proper advertising, you can attract many members from this area, please dont mind just making a suggestion.

The hotel is conveniently located in bur dubai, offering easy access to local supermarkets and excellent indian veg restaurants within walking distance. The amenities provided by the hotel are commendable, especially to rolla residence for providing us with a room four hours before checkin time. Although the view from the room is not particularly breathtaking, the staff is friendly and understands hindi, which is incredibly advantageous for indonesian tourists. Large rooms, excellent room service, pleasant personnel, and mediocre breakfast are all hallmarks of the establishment.

Great location, very affordable. The metro station is quite close by and within walking distance of the hotel. There are many stores nearby including grocery stores, computer stores restaurants, fast food joints, boutiques, and many other outlets that might come in handy where you dont have to travel. Lol. You can also cook for yourself or order from nearby restaurants. Also, there is kfc and pizza hut just a few meters away.

The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, close to shopping malls like meena bazar, gold suoq, and other electronic shops. The service provided by the waiters is commendable, adding to the overall positive experience. Although i am unsure why, almost all fourstar hotels dont offer water to their guests, instead, they only offer one bottle at checkin. Additionally, you must purchase an additional water bottle from the shop across the street if you wish to purchase one from this establishment.

We enjoyed the room size Meena is right behind it, the metro is a short walk away, there are nice restaurants nearby, and the best part is that it connects to dg shraff, i think its connected to the gadget market. The hotel entrance smells like china sauce because there is also chinese food next door and their kitchen smell is everywhere in the lobby area which needs to be fixed.
