Good hotel to stay, cozy place, nice and relax

I've stayed here twice. I had a car. This is the best cheap place to stay outside of cardiff. Plenty of parking, right next to the shopping area. When we arrived at 10 pm, we decided to have dinner instead. The staff is kind but you were mostly left alone. The room is nothing special, however, the bed is comfortable and the bathroom is nice. Great place to stay roundtrip.

When I went for a hen weekend, I put up various things, such as balloons and prosecco. This went on through the coal exchange, and the rooms were absolutely stunning. The staff is very kind and accommodating, and it's a pleasure to stay there. There is lots of character!

I would definitely come back. I got a warm welcome from a very kind staff, who even helped with my luggage. The quiet room was well equipped. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. Breakfast is prepared to order and very tasty.

This hotel has a gym, and they also accept cash, MasterCard, and china union pay for payment. The hotel is peaceful because it is not facing crowded traffic and is 150 meters from a main road in the and microrayon city center of altar. The hotel is also very clean, and every room has a separate, good air conditioning room. In addition, the hotel is quite clean, and there is a sauna in every room. It is also free to use the fitness center, pool, and other amenities.

After reading the evaluations, I feared this location, but when I got there, I was pleasantly pleased. It was spotless and spotless. It was suitable for a single night's stay, and it was in an excellent location near the city center. There was no spa tub. Although tiny, the rooms were ideal for one night. Although the shower was small, it was functional. The proprietor was helpful on arrival. Although it wasn't our first choice, I wouldn't hesitate to return. Although it wasn't in the most desirable cardiff district, it was peaceful and the mattresses were comfortable.

I would stay there again, yes, I would! I appreciate the entire staff, and I hope to see you all again later this year. Since I had previously requested a room at the rear, I've always liked this location. The staff is great, helpful, and always happy to accommodate good requests. The room was tidy and neat, and the breakfast was excellent and well prepared. Parking is never an issue here because there is a lot of parking. I like the idea of asking for fresh towels and other amenities in a clean room. I must admit, I didn't ask, but then I was relieved that no one was in the room and was still conscious. Both the restroom and the entire room were spotless, but the window locks, as usual, indicated a lack of healthy fresh air. And so proceed my three complains. First, it requires attention because there were several missing channels, the time was incorrect, and there was no remote adjustment! Second, the pillows, the hard pillows were rock solid and the soft ones called had seen better days. The stuffing was clumpy and bundled. The wardrobe's are no better. Third, the so-called hypnosis mattress, was more lacking in hip softness. I'm not sure when or how often the mattresses are changed, but mine was flat and lacking any sink into softness.

We stayed here for a family occasion. Beautiful welcome from Cara the receptionist. Beautiful clean room, a really comfy bed with clean bedding. All the staff we encountered were really friendly and helpful. We had the first breakfast in the integrated breakfast room, the breakfast was wonderful and freshly prepared by the very friendly chef. All the staff were smiling and happy. Full stomach and happy staff just what you need to get you ready for the day.

The rings are like clams, and the welcoming bed is pleasant, but it could be better. The duvet is too thick so the bed is very hot. The hotel is quiet except for some street noise. The room is clean, and the breakfast was excellent. The food is hot and tasty.

I was very disappointed because sadly we could not charge our car because 2 big vehicles were not charging the electric vehicles bays. There are no electric or hybrid vehicles either. Apart from that, the room was a good size and clean. Bathroom was clean. Breakfast was really good, even though it's 10.00. The staff was absolutely wonderful, always willing to help and always smiled. Would stay again.

This hotel has a great location. They collect personal data to prevent you from coming here, such as passport numbers for UK visitors and all those staying here.

I've stayed here many times now, and it's nice to be back from Covid. I am always greeted and enjoy a nice beach walk. I enjoy the quirky and luxurious nature of the individual rooms, and I enjoy a lovely beach walk every time I come. They always make me feel at home and I like the atmosphere of the communal rooms. They transport me back in time and give me space for thought and reflection.

I booked a midweek stay for two nights in October and was really impressed by the hotel. We got a great deal on the Presidential Suite and had no complaints about the room, it was spacious and had everything we needed including teacoffee making facilities, an iron and free toiletries. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The situation was fantastic, the bed was good, the kitchen was also spotless, the parking area was also well-contained. A pint of milk could be bought from the garage.

The flavors of this afternoon tea are still great. The food here is like we had been there before. After that, the outlook from the kitchen here was very spacious. Subsequently, the view from every bedroom was spectacular, even the dogs who walk by can easily spot the stars sitting in the tub. Aside from that, the breakfast was really good. We left for another day of exploring.

We stayed in the sea view room with a very stunning beach view. The bed is very comfortable with a loud noise coming from the speakers. And then, the bathroom that is in the antique style is amazing. After that, Tim, the owner of this place, was very good in every way.

One of the most unusual hotels weve ever stayed in, sort of an extension of Tim the owners decorative and musical tastes. An intriguing figure with interesting tales to tell. Our room was quite wellequipped, and the shared areas had a mix of furniture that gave the whole place a feel of a jazz club. The only downside would be the amount we were kindly upgraded to the chopin suite at the same price we had reserved for a standard room, but we doubt that we would have paid the standard fee for that superior room. However, as customers come, Tim must be aware of what he is doing.

Stayed in a studio apartment with a nice modern design. The apartment was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only thing the apartment could use was a toilet brush next to the toilet. Great place for our marathon stay in Cardiff. Just a 5-10 minute walk to the castle.
4.6/512 Feb 2023
SX
We stayed here overnight on a last minute trip to Cardiff. The location was great, the rooms were cozy, the rooms were cute, and they had a good amount of privacy, and the sleeping nooks were comfy and cozy. However, the building was ridiculously hot on the basement floor which made it a very unpleasant experience, the floors were dirty, the receptionist wasn't friendly, the toilet wasn't clean, and the wifi didn't work in the room, it only worked in the reception area. If youre just looking for a place to crash and don't want to use much of the amenities, maybe this place is fine, the beds and the location were good, but otherwise I wouldn't recommend it.

Thank you again and we are ready to return. It was a great stay. The rooms were warm and comfortable and had the biggest jacuzzi. The room was clean and what a wonderful hotel this is the staff is welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was delicious, everything you could ask for.
