Room could have done with some tlc, bed was clean and comfortable. Triple room was a good size. Had a few issues when we first got there, however staff sorted it quickly and efficiently. Would definitely stay there again.

We were attending a wedding and only nrrded a one nihjt stay. We could not get to the hotel to 'book in' until 10.30pm but out Hotel .com confirmation was all that was needed and we were given our room card within about 40 seconds. The room was clean and comfortable and ideal for our requirements. Good location in town centre, close to other amenities. Would stay again

As a single female travelling alone it felt safe, warm and welcoming. The female manager was amazing and nothing was too much trouble - all requests done with a smile even though she is having to manage a new way of working through the covid 19 situation Would highly recommend Ramada as place to stay when visiting Loughborough as central to everything being only a min walk from shops, restaurants etc.

Very friendly staff , all amenities close by easy access to Leicester , Nottingham and Derby either by train or bus , plenty of cafes , restaurants and bars plus shopping in Loughborough town centre

I like this hotel , it’s 15 mins from East Midlands airport , your central to the town and amenities , Leicester , Nottingham and Derby are very handy to get to from here by bus or train

Checking we were told the wnumber. Then although we were staying for 2 nights our room keys stopped working after 1 night. There was no cleaning of the room while we were there. But it is a cheap hotel in the middle of Loughborogh with cheap on site parking.

My only complaint is that we only had one pillow each. I asked reception for two more but they never arrived. The hotel needs a refurbishment but location is ideal and the shower is good.

Lovely hot water. Management needs to be made aware that the gym is closed. The staff are very friendly and helpful. And provide service when you ask and quick to try help where possible

Could not get into the first room I was given, the key card would not work, but was given another room straight away and no issues getting into that. The room itself was perfectly adequate, a bit tired looking, but the bed was comfy, tea, coffee and toiletries provided. For a one night stay it was ideal. No complaints.

Larger than it looks high street hotel. Budget rates were available. Bathrooms have been modernised and are of a reasonable standard. Slightly dated but comfortable enough rooms. Car park at rear, but it’s pay to park, £6.50 a day. Very close to food and leisure options. Internal corridors still have a smell to them, like cigarettes, suspect the carpets have been here way before the indoor smoking ban. Internal fire doors and corridor doors could benefit from soft closers and oiled hinges to avoid disturbing guests.

It is very tired hotel, needs lots of work to bring up to standard. There was no bar or food service . Were told that there is a pub across the road. There are lots of food places out side but did expect more in hotel, even sit down with a coffee would have been nice. All you have is your room. It was fairly clean. The staff do the best they can and very helpful. Would not come here again.

The location of the hotel was excellent, the price was mediocre and the property is old and tired. In the room the bathroom has been refurbished but the rest of the room stayed in the 90s. The bed was quite thin but comfortable, but due to the building’s design the window was tiny and up at the top so only had little light and view outside. Staff was pleasant and parking was easy to access. However dont try to call them because I was put on hold few times and after few minutes you get cut off the line

Stopped here before and it's in the centre of town so everything is at hand. Places to eat and a local Tesco. Which this time around was a good job as I had not been informed that they were not serving food at the hotel at all. The parking has cameras which is a peace of mind that my car was safe. The room didn't have heating but it is summer so didn't really need it. the bed bottom was stained and the chair was very rickety. However the room and the Hotel were mostly clean though some areas could do with paint and maintenance. But overall happy and staff were friendly
