Great location in Pimlico, close to the Pimlico underground station. The whole community is an easy walking distance to most tourist destinations. And it is easy to get around by bus or train. The hotel is lovely inside. I had the single room and the only compromise was the size of the room, which became squishy when trying to lay your suitcase out on anything but the bed. Everything else was great, amenities provided were plentiful. Hair dryer, shampoo, body wash, towels, tea and coffee with everything needed for that. Everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Solo traveller. Hotel is very safe and secure, in a great location between Victoria and Pimlico. You have the convenience and business of Victoria and the village feel of Pimlico. Ideally situated for tourist attractions/West End shows etc. I walked most places as so handy and felt very safe at night on my own. The hotel staff are warm, friendly, welcoming and helpful plus nothing was too much trouble. When I’m back in London, I will return. 🙂

As an American in the UK for the first time (in Europe for the first time actually) , I was not exactly familiar with this type of hotel setup. I booked small room with a double bed (very comfortable), a small desk (lamp, water kettle, and coffee/tea setup), and a TV with local stations. There is no AC, but the window by the bed can be opened (a small amount). The bathroom had a toilet, a small sink, and a small but reasonably sized shower. A small hand soap, tube of shampoo, and tube of body wash was provided. A hand towel and a bath towel was also provided. Check in was very efficient and our receptionist was VERY friendly and kind. She gave us great information about how to catch the London bus system (literally right outside the hotel). She explained how the bus system works and it is very easy - no specific tickets required, you just tap (contactless) with your credit card or your mobile device as you enter the bus. Very quick and easy, and the buses are quite frequent. By far the least expensive way to get around the city. You get a key to the exterior door so you can come and go as you please, and on the same key ring is the key to your room. The area outside the hotel is very peaceful and quiet. The area felt very safe and there were numerous places to eat / drink within walking distance. This is a simple, great property for me because I don’t necessarily need luxury or amenities - a very good value in a wonderful area. Will stay again!

Great hotel run by a lovely lady whose name I forgot to take. As a solo female traveller I felt very safe and 'looked after'. I had two electric fans in the room which was more than enough to keep me cool in the heatwave. If you want up to date decor and all modcons then spend more and stay elsewhere, but for comfort and a great budget option this fits the bill. A short walk to Victoria Station and a 10 minute walk to reach the river.

Room was a little smaller than I was expecting and the en-suite bath was also small, but all were clean and well stocked. Very central to very famous sights, easily walkable and right next to a bus stop if you don’t want to walk. Fantastic restaurants nearby and Victoria station is less than 10min walk away. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Great price for the value!
