Overall, this place is good value for the money, though simple. We stayed one night this the last night of our nc 500 trek. Our room was in the second house on the first floor. The owner was in the house next door and she showed us to our room. It was a good size and clean with a basic tea and coffee tray. The en suite had a lighten that wasnt working, but the owner promised to fix it. There was some black mold on the shower seal and a little on the ceiling, probably due to the fan wasnt working and there was no window. When we arrived, we were asked if we wanted a cooked breakfast. It was the only place we stayed in without the menu selection form the night before. We were able to choose our breakfast time. Breakfast was served in the house next door in a lovely room. Although we were offered cereals, juice, etc., I would have preferred to have chosen the cooked breakfast items I wanted because I felt sorry leaving some of them. The breakfast was basic but tasty and our hostess had a friendly conversation with us. It was quite noisy in the evening with people coming and going, even though it wasnt really late and the same in the morning. We will definitely return! An amazing experience in Dingwall! Excellent position and easy to find, parking in the back was a bonus! We had a gorgeous ground floor room that faced the front! The seating area was so comfortable, and Gillian was a wonderful host. Breakfast was sufficient and very tasty.

On our arrival, Gillian gave us a pleasant welcome. He was also very helpful in letting us use the house's kitchen and dining space and also advising us on the best restaurants to explore. The two rooms we were given were both delightful. The cooked breakfast the next morning was also fantastic. Our only complaint is that we wish we had stayed longer in the lovely garfield.

I couldnt have asked for more. Great hosts, who are also willing to talk if needed. The room was superb, spotless and spotless. Onsite parking is plentiful, and it is very safe. Excellent position for the center of the city. And the breakfast was outstanding. It was one of the finest breakfasts weve ever had that was prepared fresh for you. From there, no one will leave hungry! You wont find anything more fantastic! On the way back round at the end of our nc 500 trip, we will be staying there again, and I am relieved we had already reserved our reservation because we couldnt have gone anywhere else in Dingwall.

I stayed one night for my trip nc 500, the rooms are spotless and my friend Gillian was very nice and understanding of the current situation globally. I would highly recommend this place.
