Our room was right next to the pub overlooking the picturesque village green. The Grace room was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. An effective floor fan was provided in the hot weather. The room was characterful with a stable door and pictures relating to the local area. The restaurant menu was great with a good variety of small and large plates. We had fish in beer battered cod and chips and really good mushy peas. Also the delicious slow cooked beef with fries, mushrooms grilled tomato and green salad. Service in the restaurant was really quick despite it being a busy, sunny Friday night.

This was a lovely, comfortable room with a soft, cosy bed and a spacious bathroom. There was a huge selection of tea and coffee sachets with the kettle, and the chocolate and biscuits were very tasty. Breakfast the next morning was delicious, and the staff were excellent, accommodating my dietary requirements. I would love to stay here again, and will certainly be recommending the Tiger Inn to friends and family.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Tiger Inn. It’s a lovely location, the bar is warm and welcoming - The staff are all very friendly, serving good local real ale and quality food. It is ideal for walkers and also for like minded travellers like ourselves, who just enjoy a relaxing break. We hope to return again soon.

Accommodation and breakfast very good. Location picture postcard and free parking a bonus. Would have earned ‘excellent’ but the pub menu/quality acceptable but fell short as not of the same level as B&B facilities and service.

While the Tiger Inn pub is nicely located by the village inn and the staff were very helpful, the room was over priced for what it was - a nice room in a pub. To describe it as 'luxury' is somewhat misleading in my view. The food was good but nothing special, so again, certainly didnt justify the 'luxury' reference
