We've been coming back for more than a decade now, and love staying at the King Willie. Staff were great, as always. The only slight hiccup was a bit of trouble with the shower, as we lost water pressure a few times through the week, and once (briefly) alltogether. Would still thoroughly recommend though and look forward to staying on our next visit.

Great place to stay only we have stayed here many tims before the disappointment this time was no TRV on the radiator so heating was full on and not pleasant and this morning neither of us could shower as there was no hot water and no plug for sink either . Not sure if we will stay again.

Room above the last pub on Hampstead High Street. Fun pub with great atmosphere. I got to meet people and enjoy their company. Surprisingly I didn't find the noise from pub impinged on my stay at all. The room was a little cramped, particularly the bathroom, so that I was glad that I was traveling alone. Overall, great value for money and absolutely the best location.

Very nice, clean and simple hotel. Don't expect great TV or A WiFi service to work and have conference calls. Location is key if you want to stay around the Hampstead area.

Perfect location for Hampstead Heath. Allow time for Parking in the area. Hampstead High Street is very nicely Parisian with lovely cafes. Really nice and memorable experience. Will definitely return. BTW checking in and out and hotel access is easy.

I was so upset that many of the cars seemed to be in near misses, but when I called her right away and told her how my reservation had been processed, she also made a very kind call. After a short wait, the same woman showed me to my room, and she was very helpful. My car was almost wrecked by the hills when I attempted to leave London last night in the snow. She figured out that she had booked the room, even though she still had a room there. They have so many amenities, so they have plenty of tea and coffee. The wait time is 10-15 minutes, and then she showed me to my room, and she was very kind and asked if I was fine. Plus, I'm sorry, but the fact that this new location and the distance just put me off, as well as the hotel, make me feel comfortable to walk there. The location is not special, the place is nice and cozy, clean, and dry, but it has all the essentials.

Certainly would stay again. The hotel is in a fantastic position on the high street. There are eateries and coffee shops nearby. The staff is quite helpful and welcoming. Our two-night stay cost only 158. The room was excellent value for the money because they had a 20 discount in July. The accommodation could use some updating, but it is sufficient. While in the room, we did not hear any pub noise.

This is a great hotel! The pub is beautiful and the location is ideal. it's not a boutique hotel, you wouldn't want to stay here a week as the room and bathroom are a bit small, but for a weekend break it's great. To be honest, the decor is shabby chic, more so than chic, and it's an old building with everything it comes with it. We didn't find it noisy, but I see it being noisy if you go to bed earlier. Excellent value for money for london!.

The hotel is a unique experience for sure to stay above a pub. If you are looking for a traditional hotel experience skip this one. However, we wanted something a bit unique and we got it. Staff is not overly friendly but I guess that is part of the local charm. Rooms are nice and clean and the pub’s live music on Monday was a special treat. Super cool vibe overall. Thank you for a lovely stay.
