Lokasi hotel ini tidak jauh dari Halte Busway, jadi jika ingin kemana-mana cukup jalan kaki saja. Kondisi hotelnya terlihat berbeda dengan yang ada di foto. Hotel ini sudah tua dan kamarnya juga sudah lumayan lama. Tapi staf mengaturnya dengan baik. Handuk, alat mandi, dan sandal kurang banyak. Wifi tidak bisa masuk ke kamar karena koneksinya lambat. Disediakan air mineral gratis. Kasurnya enak, empuk dan nyaman untuk tidur. Kekurangan pada kamar mandinya mungkin karena hotelnya sudah tua. Harganya juga murah tetapi kualitasnya bagus.

Hotel yang sangat bagus dengan harga yang bersaing. Lokasinya berada di pusat kota, mudah menjangkau pasar baru, Glodok dan lainlain. Ada banyak pilihan kendaraan. Kondisi kamar sesuai dengan harga. Pesan melalui aplikasi bisa hrdnya murah. Parkiran cukup, Wifi kuat. Karena luas kamar berhubungan dengan udara terbuka sehingga dapat udara segar, tetapi risiko nyamuk di kamar. Beberapa peralatan kamar mandi dan wastafel yang sudah berkarat dan bocor harus segera diganti. Karena ruang berhubungan dengan ruangan yang luas, udaranya lebih alami resikonya nyamuk di dalam kamar.
