A pleasant stay! The WiFi was excellent. Kettle! TV! Not really an hotel issue but a few signs could be erected about going to the loo in the small hours. Some inconsiderate noisy feet 😒!

I would return to this hotel. We frequently visit London and stay on the opposite side of Hyde Park in Backwater, so this booking was a good solution because of the winter wonderland because we were unable to get into our usual hotel. Having said that, we were delighted. We reserved just one night. Security is the hotels greatest protection we had to ring the bell to access. Later discovering that our room keycard would also function on the front door. Multiple cuts in common areas. Location a stone's throw from Earls Court Tube station and around the corner from Earls Court Road, which offers a variety of shops and eateries. The location cannot be faulted. Customer service concierge was courteous and professional, and the transaction was quickly completed. Cleanliness is in no way acceptable. Both the bathroom and the room were spotless. The only drawback was that there was no headboard on the bed, and where heads have been painted, there was some dislodging of paint. 5. The general impression was unimpressed. Wasnt expecting much, but the room was clean, the staff was courteous, and the location was excellent. There was an awful scent upon entering the hotel, which resembled an old peoples home if I had to pick it lightly.

The location was close to the subway station, and it has a good free breakfast. The staff was very nice, thanks. I recommend this hotel, if you want to stay at a decent price.

To save money and spend more time in London, we reserved a twonight stay at this hotel. We received outstanding customer care. Although our room was a little small and in the basement, my mother and I were able to utilize it. We shared a toilet and sink with several others on the floor, and our shower was in our room. In the basement, the wifi signal wasnt particularly strong, so this room was mainly used for sleeping and cleaning up. Bed springs were popping out on the bed, which made it a little uncomfortable to sleep. Additionally, Europeans do not utilize linens, so avoid wearing linens if you are visiting Europe. I had lived in London for four months, and I knew how to live there. However, my mom was confused by this idea and was a hot room when she slept there. The free breakfast was adequate. Our meal was a good start to some long days of London activities. Towels were available, but there are no usb outlets so youll need an adaptor. Because the walk from Earls Court Tube Station is brief and straightforward, the walk is short and straightforward from the station to the end and you are there. All things considered, we had a good time, and I will return to this hotel.

Pros: 6 minutes walk from Earl's court tube station. Bed was comfy but it wasn't secure on the floor so it kept sliding down when moving on the bed. Cons: Musty smell in the rooms, dirty common areas. The basement shower has mold everywhere. Shower in the 3rd floor is a bit better. Okay for 1 night.

Wie Sie an Hand der schon abgegebenen Bewertungen erkennen können, ist diese "Absteige" bei weitem nicht das Geld wert und sollte umgehend für Renovationen geschlossen werden! Leider ist der für London und die Umgebung verlangte Preis unter dem Durchschnitt und deshalb werden weiterhin ahnungslose Touristen dort absteigen und nichts wird sich hier ändern. Die Lage ist nicht zu überbieten (4 min. von der Earls Court Station entfernt und mitten im Geschehen. Restaurants, Shops und Bus Stationen befinden sich alle in der unmittelbaren Nähe. Die meisten Zimmer haben nur ein Waschbecken und die Toiletten und Badezimmer befinden sich auf den Etagen. Hier ist alles voller Schimmel und Rost. Die Zimmer riechen extrem nach Urin und anderen Exkrementen. Die Matratzen sind unbequem und die Zimmerausstattung lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Die Wände sind sehr dünn und wir hatten das Pech eine sehr laute Etage erwischt zu haben. Die ganze Nacht war es laut und manche Zimmer waren weit offen da es keine Klimaanlage hatte. Da die Zimmer immer im Vorraus bezahlt werden müssen, haben Sie auch niemals eine Chance, das Zimmer zu stornieren wenn Sie es einmal gesehen haben. Es gibt kein Geld zurück und wenn Sie gehen, ist das Zimmer auch sofort wieder vermietet. Planen Sie für Ihren London Trip weit im Vorraus und geben Sie lieber etwas mehr aus, um sich nicht den Auffenthalt durch soetwas zu verderben.

Smelly. Carpet is dirty. Room poorly kept. Constant leakage at the toilet. No hand and face towel. Terrible mattress and pillow. No front office service, basically unmanned. Hairdryer does not work. Minimal space in the room, which barely hold a bed. Too expensive for the visitors unlit y if the property and absence of service. It should not be sold by Expedia.
