The room was clean and comfortable, staff couldn’t have been more helpful, preparing an earlier breakfast as we needed to leave before the usual breakfast time. It is old - worldly and it is friendly and welcoming.

Nice hotel in Llanwrytd Wells. We stayed here for one night for a wedding. The staff were great and service fantastic. The hotel is quirky in terms of decor but clean and comfortable with everything you need. Free parking is always a bonus as was the nice breakfast. The in-house brewery was a nice addition and the beer was great. Would definitely recommend!

Arrived early, which was no pronlem. Room was perfect, the hotel had a public bar which was great for meeting people. Absolutely superb restaurant which great service and great choice of international foods.

This is a lovely old hotel that reminds me of old style fishing hotels I used to stay in when I was a kid and every river had a number of hotels that made a good living from visiting anglers. Unfortunately the days of relying on angling trade are gone, but this place retains the same feel and sense of peace and quiet that I used to love. The food was really nice and the lady that served it was lovely and very attentive. I will make a point of staying there whenever so am in the area and next time I will take my rod! Lovely - please do not change!

The restaurant offered a good choice of evening meals,managing to fit me in on a busy saturday evening. The breakfast was very good, usual full English breakfast or any bits of it as preferred, with vegetarian options and usual cereals and fresh fruit salad. The building is quite old, with some odd shaped rooms, the furnishing very traditional but comfortable. If you like your accommodation modern and minimalist, this may not be for you, but I rather liked it.
