Excellent location. Perfect for a weekend getaway. Rooms are modest in size, but expertly put together to make the very most of the space. Cosy, modern and very comfortable. Don't have a bad thing to say about it.

Det var ett mysigt rum, litet men alldeles lagom för mig och min dotter. Vi kunde fixa frukost på rummet som hade det vi behövde med en uppsättning för två samt kaffemaskin och tekokare😊. Hotellet ligger på gångavstånd till strand, piren, stan och tågstationen!

Love the concept of this place, the rooms are small but so well laid out that they feel spacious. Absolutely brilliant to have a fridge and a microwave and kitchen sink. Fantastic place, will definitely use again. A big shout out and thank you to the brilliant and helpful from Michelle at Hotels.com. I made the embarrassing mistake of booking the wrong night and turned up without a code and my phone about to run out of charge. I was in a bit of a panic as trvaelling alone, and was late and dark. Michelle was wonderfully calm and helpful and helped resolve my booking. She went above and beyond to help me, it was so much appreciated!

Really good location, and excellent communication from owners at all times. Loved the room, and the design. Lots of useful things too such as an iron, ironing board and hair dryer and good kitchen facilities. Would certainly recommend. We also had a sea view

Lovely little spot to stay. Only gripe was that there is a great Nespresso machine provided but there was no pods left for it so after a long journey had to make a trip to the nearby Morrisons to get some pods for a much needed coffee. But really is the only gripe. Room is awesome. Location is pretty much perfect. Can highly recommend.

amazing room. i can tell you spent alot on the fittings and carpentry. the only issue was peeping tom in the house opposite sitting by his window staring in. but thats not your fault

Good location to pier, shops and town centre. Clean and tidy hotel. Room was clean and had good facilities. View out of Room 10 very grubby. Parking was a nightmare, especially before 8pm! Street parking after 8 free!

Had a meal in Brighton so needed somewhere to stay the night and this was perfect with the advantage of key code entry for both hotel and room. Received texts before our stay with all the details we needed. Coffee and tea provided. Only negatives were lights weren’t the brightest and taps for basin took many turns to come on but got there eventually. Would recommend this place to stay.

A great concept hotel, no reception but very slick process using security key code to get in. Great location, just 2 mins from the sea and 5 mins from the Pier. Well equipped with small kitchenette and very comfortable beds. We had no issue with noise, but it was a Sunday night stay. Would recommend.
