Beautifully appointed place to stay. Room just perfect. Really comfortable bed. Lovely on suite. Breakfast was delicious,so much to choose from. In a perfect spot by the river,and restaurant next door.

Sehr schönes kleines Inn direkt am Fluss, sehr schönes, sauberes, klimatisiertes Zimmer. Sehr ruhig und alles ist landläufig gut zu erreichen. Das Parken war zum Teil etwas schwierig ( am Bahnhof kostenpflichtig, die kostenlosen Parkplätze es weiter entfernt ).

The location is superb, on the waterside, a very good pub/restaurant (The Cutter Inn) nearby, accommodation is spotless, breakfast excellent. Don't let the name confuse you - it is not an inn, it is a guest house, but a very good one that I will go to again. Apart from at breakfast I saw no staff at all so can't comment on that aspect but it works.

Comfortable room, bed, pillows, heating. Excellent breakfast for such a comparatively small number of rooms. Not made sufficiently clear that there is no en suite on the single room, but in fact the single use bathroom opposite is probably larger than you would get as an ensuite. The lack of reception staff is disconcerting, but the key codes work.

We had an overnight stay after attending a concert at Ely Cathedral. All I can say is it was a perfect stay in a small but high spec en-suite room with an extremely comfortable double bed, 2 comfortable armchairs and an excellent shower. Everything was spotlessly clean and the breakfast was good, served in a lovely breakfast room. Can’t imagine that anything could be improved!

This is a delightful little gem in a beautiful setting. We were attending a concert so needed to arrive early and wouldn’t be back to the room until very late. Not a problem staff were very accommodating.
