I will definitely be returning. The apartment is comfortable to live in, and it has an open fire where the food and beer were great. There is also a hot shower and a delicious cooked breakfast that can be ordered. Parking is also available near many local shops and restaurants if you want to change places.

I'd heartily suggest this location as a great location to stay the night in the region and as a base to explore the spectacular region. We reserved this hotel for my wife and me for the night. There were several rooms with pets in this dog-friendly location, which accepted dogs when we brought our dog. Our twin room had a view of the village's main road. Our warm and welcoming room came into its own during a particularly bad twelve hours in this valley district. There was not a single draught pass through the windows as wind and rain battered the windows overnight. Tea, coffee, and cookies are plentiful in the room. The shower and bathroom are more than adequate. For our evening meal, we reserved a table in the snug and were assigned one. The food selection was excellent, generous portions, and tasty. A wide selection of bar wines, wines, and spirits. The black sheep and Timothy taylor cask marque beers offered, in particular, were fantastic. Breakfast was prepared in the open space. Beautifully done in full English for me.

The breakfast was cooked by Ann's mother and her father who served breakfast in front of the house. All the staff and an excellent team. The location is in front of the pub, so you can park there. We got a fantastic deal in January for my birthday party, and we stayed here because they are dog friendly. We booked room 2, a dog-friendly room with a very large and clean room overlooking the street, for 3 nights. The room was so large with nice proportions. We spent the entire trip eating here because the food was so good. This place is fantastic, and the staff are very hospitable. The room is also dog-friendly.

We just stayed here for three nights. Our room was very comfortable and the staff was very friendly. Nothing was too much difficulty for them, and we really enjoyed drinking in the bar of what is a pub geared to both locals and tourists. It was great to sit and drink in a decent bar rather than a pub that just serves food. The beer was well kept, and the food was good, pub grub. But the steak pie was exceptional. Breakfast was beautifully prepared, we couldn't fault it. We ended up here by default because the hotel we were booked at closed because of couid, but we were very happy that we did. Thank you to the staff for a fantastic stay.
