I highly recommend this hotel to stay at. The location of this place is close to the bus and metro stations. They have a gym here, with a hot tub. The service was excellent with an average size and good cuisine. Then we saw the room space which was small. The fitness room was quite comfortable and had a hot tub in the room.

At the milestone, we had a great afternoon tea, with a special princess tea for our six-year-old. The eyes she made when her cake tray came to the table! The tea was wonderful, there was beautiful champagne, and the kid was given delectable hot chocolate. The cakes were all wonderful. If anything, I would have liked that we didn't have to wait so long for the hot scones, it would have been preferable to start with these delicacies rather than eat them after all the cakes. And the sandwiches appeared lovely, but the spectacular chicken sandwich was bland. Lovely staff and a friendly atmosphere, no one seemed to care much about the dress code. We will remain here the next time we are in London!.

My wife and I stayed at the milestone for three nights at 430 per night for bed and breakfast. We are familiar with the red carnation brand having previously stayed in six different properties in their portfolio. The brand offers us a variety of things we need as hotel visitors, including luxurious surroundings, a peaceful nights sleep on a quality bed and bedding, good food and wine, but most importantly quality personal service. All of this is not cheap because rates generally start at around 250 for all the hotels in the portfolio. Recently, the brand introduced an optional service fee per night. Having stayed at the summer lodge in Dorset in August 2022, we decided to try the milestone for the first time since the two hotels had been described as comparable in quality and atmosphere. We offer these positives and negatives in the form of a list of pros and drawbacks, I'll summarize. During breakfast and dinner, the lovely restaurant staff provided personalized service. We found the bar area to be a little cramped, the service was a little inconsistent, not the usual rich welcome, and the price of the tasting menu which was offered online was significantly reduced. We found the pool and relaxation area in the spa area to be too small and not conducive to relaxation. We ate in the hotel on our first night only. Two pleasant personnel went out of their way to chat with us such turndown service and one concierge.

What an amazing hotel. Everything was perfect. The hotel is immaculate, with the ideal blend of historic charm, luxury, contemporary decor, and facilities. My daughter and I were treated with such kindness. We enjoyed high tea, which was wonderful, and decided to upgrade to a room with a park view. Truly incredible. The hotel is perfectly close to the underground. We were able to get anywhere with ease. There is a San Andrea bike store 2 blocks away, so we could rent 2 bikes and cycle hyde park. Highlight of our trip. The milestone is a true star hotel. There is no better way to experience London.
