I would definitely go back. The hotel was nice, clean, in a good location and the staff were nice and friendly. I would highly recommend Sunday night quiz entertainment in the bar downstairs. There is a good atmosphere and the quiz master is brilliant.

Our two nights in a seafront room were very pleasant. We were able to order exactly what we wanted for breakfast and our one evening meal was absolutely delicious, well presented and served. Our room was immaculate and all public spaces were clean and comfortable. Every member of staff we encountered was more than happy to help and always had a friendly word in passing.

We stayed in Fleetwood, which is an area I am familiar with because we were staying in Blackpool and didn't want to wake up with a cone on the car roof. The hotel is at the terminus of the famous Blackpool trams and always has a tram waiting for us. It was good value for money by using a travel card because it included unlimited travel, not only on the trams but also on the buses. The hotel, room, staff, sunday roast and three cooked breakfasts were unsatisfactory. In fact, the breakfast was just as excellent as it gets. I have wholeheartedly endorse this hotel.

The hotel did a nice job providing a fresh looking sea view room and fan, even though the weather was quite hot, and they kept a generously stocked and restocked hospitality tray, the room and other locations were kept tidy. There is a special thank you to Katie, who kept things ticking at the busy breakfast sessions and did it with friendliness and efficiency.
