rooms above a pub. Owners and staff are lovely, and are doing the best with what they've got. Nothing too much trouble. price reflects what you get. would advise booking on-suite room. breakfast was lovely, enjoyed the sound of the seagulls very much.

Good location in Filey, friendly and very helpful staff. Breakfast was lovely but room dated and not the cleanest.

the doors need a bit of carpentry work !! It would be handy to have some hooks on back of doors to hang a towel or coat, also in the bathroom a chair to put things on. The staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. I would book again if in the area.

WAS LOVELY, ENJOYED OUR STAY, BUT I BOOKED ON HOTELS. COM THE ROOM CAME TO £180 TO PAY AT THE PROPERTY, BUT THEY WERE STATEING IT COSTS £210. BUT TURNED OUT I WAS RIGHT AND I ONLY PAYED £180. FOR 3 NIGHTS IN ROOM 1, TOP FLOOR. I HAD A LOVELY TIME.

It was located in the town centre with convenient adjacent pay and display car park. The staff were very friendly and made sure we were well looked after. The room was simple but spacious, and the bed comfortable.

Staff were excellent. In the heart of filey itself, out of the door and straight onto the street with a variety of shops to please everyone. Breakfast was an add on price as was the parking. Downsides were the steep stairs to the room and a very noisy pub opposite. Would definitely stay again but for less mobile guests its not ideal.

staff are friendly and very welcoming, breakfast was good the room was clean. the only thing I would say is that the beds were not comfortable and could do with being updated. some entertainment was missing, would have been nice to have this in the evenings.

I booked this as visiting friends in the centre of Filey and it was central and cheap. I then looked at the reviews and nearly cancelled. However, I don't know what people expect for the price! It was clean, had TV and refreshments. The staff were lovely. I would book again (mattress did creak when moving tho)

Our stay was good apart from one of the beds which was not at all comfortable, bit outdated but somewhere to put head down, breakfast its self was lovely, but my daughter does not drink hot drinks so it had to be cordial no fresh orange juice offered, all considered would not put me off staying again staff fantastic.

Really accommodating and perfect for our short one night stay. There was some disturbance during the night from guests in another room and the staff in the morning were very apologetic and friendly!
