O quarto era excelente tinha 2 camas de casal no quarto, microondas, frigobar, ar condicionado, ofereciam shampoo, condicionador, sabonete para corpo, toalhas super macias, secador de cabelo. Próximo do Walmart e outras lojas de gits, comidas, farmácia e ponto de ônibus. Adoramos ficar no hotel.

Area was safe. Plenty of parking. Clean room. Perfect air condition. Nice staff. A little disappointed because the shower soap dispenser was broken and there was no soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion and I asked the front desk lady for soap and told me there was no soap and it will be better if I buy my own soap which didn't bother me at all. At the same time, I have to recognized that the TV remote wasn't working and I request service and her and the maintenance guy show to my room in 5 minutes and fix it. Overall, great service. No complaint at all. They should open the reataurant soon. Nice front desk lobby.

The only thing that could be improved is that there was no breakfast included. Other than that, I really appreciate the service and the facilities. Thank you for everything!

Thank you so much. The stay was very good. No gimmick. Just a clean and safe hotel for family. It was great for the price. I was in Kissimmee for months and regret not finding out about this sonner. All the other hotels in this price range don't come close to its quality.

I loved my stay — the place is peaceful and safe. The room was clean, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the staff was very kind. Parking was easy, and there are many restaurants and shops nearby. I’d definitely stay here again!

I really enjoyed the pool area — it was well maintained and perfect for relaxing after a long day. The location is convenient, close to restaurants and stores, which made my stay even better. Room wast mostly clean, besides the floor and under the beds, air conditioner was cold, room stayed cool without it running non stop, pretty quiet with a decent view. Beds were cozy, fridge was cold, sink vanity was nice but the lights are super bright and harsh while attempting to put on make up lol. Details in the room were cute and gave it a nice touch. Good options on the tv. The remotes were missing the battery covers and one for led lights was missing batteries but the tv remote worked so all good. Bathroom was super clean and the bathtub actually has a plug in it! Window covering options were perfect. Overall nice place to stay if you need a place for week or so

My stay at the hotel was excellent. It’s a peaceful, safe, and well-located place, close to shops and restaurants. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help. The pool area was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the nice weather. I also liked that the parking area was spacious and secure. Overall, a very pleasant experience — I would definitely stay here again
