Clean rooms, comfortable beds, pool area was amazing, I lost my Gucci glasses during the " holding of suitcases" and we're found and returned by staff. In the center of Brickle area, malls and best places to eat at. I would highly recommend. They are associated with Bonvoy Marriot as well.

The check in was on a higher floor which made it a very different but welcomed change. The hotel staff were so nice, helpful, and accommodating. The room was comfortable and clean. The AC worked so nicely that we were actually cold. The pool was beautiful and very relaxing. There is a lot of construction in the area causing some eye sores, but understandable so. Check out was a breeze! The location was surrounded by things to do, walkable and otherwise. We will definitely stay again if the need comes again.

I had an amazing stay at the AC hotel, from the moment I arrived until the day I checked out. The staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and always willing to help with a smile, making me feel right at home. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel’s atmosphere was peaceful, and every detail reflected the care and dedication of the team. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and outstanding hospitality. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay such a memorable experience. I look forward to coming back!

Our stay at the AC Hotel in Brickell Miami was exceptional from start to finish. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with the hotel’s signature blend of modern European-inspired design and Miami’s vibrant energy. The lobby is sleek, airy, and beautifully curated — instantly setting the tone for a relaxing and upscale experience. The rooms are spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. I loved the minimalist aesthetic, the comfortable bedding, and the floor‑to‑ceiling windows that brought in so much natural light. Everything felt fresh, clean, and intentionally arranged. The bathroom was equally impressive with its walk‑in shower, premium toiletries, and crisp, modern finishes. One of the highlights was the rooftop pool, a true oasis above the city. The views of Brickell’s skyline are stunning, and the atmosphere is calm and sophisticated. It’s the perfect place to unwind after exploring Miami or to start your morning with a peaceful swim. The location couldn’t be better. You’re steps away from Brickell City Centre, incredible restaurants, cafés, and nightlife. Whether you’re in town for business or leisure, the convenience is unbeatable. The staff deserves a special mention. Everyone I interacted with was warm, professional, and genuinely committed to making my stay memorable. From check‑in to checkout, the service was seamless. Overall, the AC Hotel Brickell delivers a perfect blend of style, comfort, and convenience. I would absolutely stay here again and recomme

Had a great time here. The hotel bar was a lot of fun and had a great vibe. Great bartender. Pool was great. It’s unfortunate there is a lot of construction around the property. Great location. Near plenty of restaurants and shops.

Great hotel, though we only got to spend 1 night here, I'd definitely use this as a go to again in the Brickell area. Friendly staff, comfy bed, daily meal voucher and dessert! Nice addition to one's stay! I would highly recommend AC Hotel.
