Book on the ground floor if the pool is important. Book on the second level with a balcony if the view is important. Back building offers a quiet plus view. No elevator and tub with a grab bar requires lifting legs to hip height to access over sidemounted faucets. Negative soft mattress appears to have a built-in position from use. Crisp bedding and clean, but mattress has a sinkhole. In early June 2022, all guests were considerate quiet, lovely evenings. to be set to a welcome lower volume. hardworking housekeeping team. I agree with other reviews and add very carefully thought out in the detailed room notebook, stacks of grab pool towels, outdoor seating by rooms, lawn, beach, check-in, cleaning options. everything is simple. If pool is important, book ground floor. If view is important, book second with balcony. Back building offers quiet and an awesome view. All the positive evaluations are completely true. From all places we've traveled to, this resort had the cleanest and most beautiful room we've ever stayed in. We need to go back during the warmer months to enjoy the pool and watch the sunset across the street on their small beach area. Wow, that's all I can say, and the owners should be very proud. The lady at check-in was very friendly and professional, it's nice to see some companies still have experienced employees. Thank you, Bay Breeze, you love your resort!.

We enjoyed staying here and will definitely come back. This hotel was fantastic. Everything was clean and well-maintained. We liked the bathtub area. Also, the small beach across the street is a good option. The view from Green Bay is amazing.

We had a great time at the Bay breeze resort. The room was immaculate, the grounds were lovely, and the people were very friendly. The biggest aspect was the private beach across the street. We spent time relaxing on the beach watching the water on the bay and looking at the amazing sunset views. We had booked the smallest room, which was perfect for a couple. The fridge and sink microwave were in their own area, as was the table and two chairs right by the window. The location was quite central, and it was easy to drive up to sister bay or ferry, or down south to fish creek and egg harbor. We will undoubtedly suggest this to others!.

Would definitely stay there again. Amazing attention to cleanliness throughout. Very comfortable accommodations, even the room listed as having no view overlooks greenery and a courtyard. Mattress is comfortable. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants and beautiful bay view.
