This hotel was very well maintained and clean, and it felt better than a typical 2-star hotel. The ambiance was pleasant, the rooms were spotless, and the mattress was comfortable and in excellent condition. The complimentary breakfast was decent. Although the hotel is slightly outside the city, it offers great convenience with amenities such as gas stations, Subway, Tim Hortons, and Taco Bell all within walking distance. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Friendly front desk, clean room. Only improvement needed is the breakfast. Very few options out even at 8:15am and by 8:50 both coffee pots were empty. :(

Room was really nice, very large, very clean, bed very comfortable. The only reason I gave three stars to property is because outside landscaping really needs attention. When you first pull in it looks rundown . The inside is beautiful and clean. Parking was easy.

Staf at front desk was very helpful. Breakfast was a disappointment from the last stay we had. No bagels, fresh fruit, coffee was empty.

Have stayed at this facility many times, and it's great. It's very close to I-90 and has an excellent breakfast.

The beds were not very comfortable and there hairs in the shower so it must not have been cleaned thoroughly but other than the hotel was really nice. We did not have time to see if the continental breakfast was any good.

After reviewing prices; looking at reviews; my son (and I) agreed this was a better option than others in the area. Once we got to the hotel; we both (plus my wife) considered this a very good/excellent choice. This Baymont is in the process of changing the mattresses and we had such a room. Everything worked in the room we got; meaning maintenance was high. The negative was wife finding someone else's hair in her made bed (don't know if hair was housekeepers or didn't get cleaned during wash or what and at full bathtub water pressure (maximum drain requirement); water would slowly build up in the tub. How did we resolve both situations? Since I saw someone post about the sheets and I like my own stuff; we brought some sheets with us. How did we resolve the water issue; lowered the amount of water coming in from the shower by a small bit. For us; this room had no other issues we were aware of and the staff helped us get around the area and helped where they could. Business Center computer is slow and staff will print small things for you. One more important thing; everyone slept well that night. With that; would i go there again with my family; solid Yes. There are few; if any, perfect rooms in my years of travel. This was significantly better than average and exceeded our needs.
