Very well done renovation of a classic motel lodge property. Everything was immaculate and the owner was very nice to talk to. It's nice to see a property like this brought back to life instead of being left in decay. I always loved these types of motels, and it was a joy to be at one again!

Very clean, well kept property. Convenient parking right outside the door. Good location to explore the area. Felt safe and secure. Air conditioning kept the room very comfortable. For the price, breakfast options would have been a nice addition. Also, a luggage rack in the room.

We arrived late in the evening in anticipation for my son's graduation from URI the following morning. We checked in and headed right to the room as we were exhausted from our journey. The room was spotless, the beds were pristine and comfy. We quickly put on our pjs and went to brush our teeth before heading to bed when we realized we forgot our toothpaste!! Aaaaahhhh! I went to the front desk and they did not have any but the gentleman popped out to the local store to get some for us. I said it was completely unnecessary, but five minutes later, they came to the room with a new tube of toothpaste. They went out of their way to make sure our trip was pleasant. I appreciate the extra effort on their part. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great stay!

Very clean and new. Only problem is the guy at the front desk kept leaving and we couldn’t get our keys every time we came back bc he wasn’t there.

Clean room. Bed was a little stiff for our liking and shades needed to over lap window to fully block out light. Room was nice and spacious.
