We are two women traveling solo to Nashville and we could not have felt more comfortable in that location. The beds have dim lighting underneath which helps those of us that don't enjoy the big overhead lighting. It created a nice, relaxing atmosphere. Every single person from the arrival at the valet, to the front desk, to those we ran into in the hall cleaning rooms were more than nice and accommodating the entire stay. Zander and his team at the valet station work NON STOP, it was SO hot and they are so on top of their game with grabbing the car so we can be on our way. They made polite conversation the entire time and offered to help us with anything we needed every single time. Paula at the front desk was so polite and answered all my annoying questions every time I had one. We were a little afraid of the noise level since the street is kind of busy but we didn't hear a single thing. My friend and I agreed that the only singular thing that could have been improved was the cooling in our room, but it was in the 90's so I'm sure the system is working overtime trying to cool the entire place. 10/10 stay. Will recommend to anyone who asks for a place to stay while in Nashville.

The room was very pretty with a great view of downtown. It was also very clean. We ate at the rooftop restaurant and the food was delicious. I would recommend this hotel to others

Everyone was super nice and accommodating allowing early check in, late check out and baggage holding for outside of those. Room was clean but a little small and the ceiling was not finished. Overall loved the place, very centralized and felt safe!

Excellent property. Beautifully appointed room, awesome amenities and a great location a little bit away from the Broadway hubbub. Have stayed there a couple times now and love it. Within walking distance of Music Row as a good hike in the morning along with some coffee shops on route. Don't pay for the tour bus.

Paula at the front desk was always a delight to see with her smile and friendly greeting. Talk about a great feeling as soon as you walk into the Hotel. The Valet team was amazing from the first time we drove up. I wish I remembered the name of the guy who first greeted us. Between him and Kyle they always made sure we were taken care of. Great Hotel with a very friendly staff. Thank You Paula and team for a great time.

First time going to Nashville. The hotel was great, clean, the restaurant had delicious food. It was quiet despite it being busy. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Location was a 5 min uber ride to Broadway. Staff was so nice.

I highly recommend staying here. It's not far from the strip, 10-15 minute walk or and a $6 Dollar Uber. Plus, you have a very nice Liquor store right next to the Hotel.
