The only issue we had was parking. There were SEVERAL vehicles double parked.

The parking lot was full of construction vehicles, trucks, vans etc so we expected a lot of loud workers & a bit apprehensive about the room. However much to our surprise, the room was very clean, smelled fresh & the hotel is located near anything you would need as in food, laundry, gas station, shops etc. As night fell, I thought ok here we go! Loud noise, banging doors, coming in late & leaving early BUT none of that took place. As a matter of fact, we heard no one. Not even a peep. We were very satisfied with our room & the hotel staff who were very kind.

We had a trouble free stay. Everything was perfectly clean. The 3rd floor was quiet and elevators were prompt. Our suite was well appointed in the kitchen with cookware and china. Staff was nice. Will stay here next time, too!

The comforter was too thick, i was too hot. I could hear the people on the room next door. Everything else was great.

There needs to be a towel rack for bath towel next to the shower. So you don’t have to step out to reach for it on the counter

Front desk staff was very helpful. Loved the location. Though the facility was older, it was clean.

The staff was great. The storm was about to start so my daughter and I was needing to check in early so the staff member was very helpful and let us check in. The room was comfy clean and felt like home.

Clean room day and night stay friendly and helpful. It would have been nice for the heat to already been on in the room instead of freezing the first 30 mins after checking in and need more parking but overall great and would stay again!
