Everything was so clean and smelled fresh. The bed was so comfortable and sheets were so nice and fluffy. The lighting is great and ambient and the halls were quiet. My only complaint is the shower, there needs to be some sort of water stripping to keep water from leaking out on the bathroom floor. Otherwise, great stay.

Absolutely beautiful Japanese inspired property with a restaurant on site. The room was minimalist but well appointed and the bathroom had an oversized tub and a bidet. Outside there is a Japanese garden and there is work being done on an outdoor pool. Wonderful experience.

It was very nice. The outside was well maintained. The inside was well maintained as well. It was nice and clean. Everyone we talked to seemed nice and helpful. It was a good area with no heavy traffic. The ice in the ice machine could have been a little more loose, it was very much chunked together when we went to use it. And the iced pitcher of water that they have on the stand was empty a lot when we went to use it. But those are minor things. All of us had a great time!

This hotel was beautiful. It was clear to see how much intention went into the design of this place. I loved the amenities, specially the laundry room. The beds were clean and comfortable. The shower was spotless and very luxurious. The parking lot is first come first serve, but street parking is easy to find. The staff was excellent and very knowledgeable. I will definitely be staying here when I’m back in town.

We love it here during our staycations! The onsens are really relaxing and the bathrooms in the hotel rooms include a separate shower and bathtub so you can have your own onsen in your room. The restaurant, Waterfalls, also had a great selection for breakfast! The pancakes came with fresh fruit and what really put it together was the whipped cream/butter. It was delicious!
