Lady at front was very nice. Bed was not comfortable. Breakfast was “meh”. Bathroom sink counter could have been cleaner. Might want to clean behind the beds too. We always check for bed bugs and it was nasty

The AC alone is the main reason for our stay. This hotel has an AC that does not give off humidity. That alone is #1 for me. Everything else is perfect and in working condition. Friendly too.

The beginning of the stay was wonderful. I had a gentleman that was learning different languages one being french and pronounced my name in french perfectly. I was very amazed. The breakfast was ok, not really good per se. The sausage was very spicy, and the waffle machine did not work well or maybe I did something wrong. The bad part, I thought i read that there was a spa or hot tub inside the hotel, it was outside but at temps of 40-60, there was no way to go into the hot tub. Also, I read 20 comments and saw all had a perfect stay, but we found a german roach in the room on our first night. My husband does not to stay in rooms with roaches. The door to the bathroom looked so warped like the paint or there was too much heat in the bathroom that it was bubbling up and peeling. I asked for a full room clean while my family went out, they only did half the room. They did not make the second bed, trash was not taken by the tv. They did not fill the coffee basket with sugar and stuff like it should be. While checking out the agent misgave my check out to another person and we got there. The good part is that we got the info back but the agent looked tired and had no personality. He even wore a hoodie. I know it is cold but a hoodie really!

Rooms and property very clean, I felt comfortable and safe. Staff was friendly and tentative. For an older hotel, I was very impressed at how clean it was, and I’m pretty picky. I left my husband in charge of booking, so I had low expectations, but this place had/did everything right from what I experienced. The breakfast was decent for a quick bite, coffee delicious. I would book here again when passing through for sure. Don’t know much about the amenities, we only stayed overnight.
