It appears to have recently been renovated, but this hotel requires maintenance. For a total of seven nights, we stayed in two separate rooms. There was peeling paint on the shower ceiling in the first room, and the electronic lock was missing a functional security bolt. The second room had a broken power outlet by the sink, pink mold on the shampoo and soap dispensers, a hard-to-close bathroom door, and cleanliness was clearly lacking, particularly in the sink. Additionally, some of the front desk personnel could be more welcoming and helpful when guests check-in. Despite signage requiring that guests wear masks, most of them do not, and their mask usage is sloppy. Wifi speeds are sluggish, to 13 mbps, and become quite slow during peak hours. If you can utilize a nearby Og cell tower, it's useful. Each room has a small refrigerator, including one with a roll-out table, which may also need maintenance, as was ours, which had short legs. Fortunately, there are many eateries and stores nearby for takeout food.

The hotel itself is well-kept and comfortable. The room was spacious and clean. The manager, who served us very well and very professional and courteous.

I enjoyed my stay here and would stay there again. The location was very strategic, near to the villanova campus and the King of Russia mall.
