I was just just trying to let the staff know that I had a wonderful time. I witnessed a tremendous improvement in my experience by everyone's hospitality and friendliness. The public spaces and the room were all quite clean. Even the balcony was fantastic. To end the night, I stayed by the bar for a quick dinner before a meeting in Do and the bar tender, Stefan, was wonderful. He also checked in a few guests while he was serving as a bar tender to help the desk. I'll undoubtedly return. 1010 best I can counsel.

In the neighborhood, there are a number of different hotel choices. If I visited again, I might consider something different. The ladies in front were really courteous and helpful! Sadly, the bar and pool were closed due to renovations. The rooms are modest and antiquated. You have to go to the lobby to get coffee in the morning. There is no soap on the sink for washing your hands. It was odd that I had to use body gel in the shower. Thankfully, the hotel is a 10-minute walk from the mall, which has several eateries. El Paso had excellent food, and the Hilton American and El Paso Mexican restaurants are about a 10-minute walk in the opposite direction of the mall. Enchilada sauce that I have ever had! Dunking donuts were also within walking distance, which was convenient. There is no Keri in the room. To get coffee in the morning, you have to go to the lobby.

Very welcoming staff. Very helpful, fast, and efficient. I had trouble registering in Ashland and the personnel was very unfriendly, but this hotel is the opposite. Friendly, efficient, amicable, easy to deal with, and welcoming. The lobby has been updated, but the rooms aren't. The room was clean and the quality of sleep was good. The furniture is very old but for what I needed it served its purpose and I was able to rest and be in a clean room.

I was flying from the outer banks to this location and had a car accident. I wasnt sure about the area at all and was surprised by the accommodations. This was during the Corona pandemic, so the hotel wasnt full. The lobby has very nice decoration and a neat little area for snacks, beer, and other snacks. Although the restaurant was closed, it did have a good menu. Pools and spam were also closed, but they all looked very nice. The employees were courteous and friendly, which helped us get around the area and to get the car repaired, and even gave us a later checkout because the repair wasnt being done as quickly as we had anticipated. Good area, mall, etc. nearby.
