This is a small hotel but convenient. The staff are friendly and the hotel was clean if just a little bit old it still felt well maintained and like it has care put into keeping it nice. I stay in Spokane for work and this is now one of my favorite places I've had to stay.

I enjoyed my stay here. I stayed four nights. This is not a new or fancy hotel, so have realistic expectations. While it’s an older building, it’s updated (not necessarily modern) and kept clean. I appreciate a non-grungy bathtub! Towels were clean, toilet was clean and the flooring was updated. It has a hairdryer, which I didn't use. Shower head is tall and blasts you in the face. Plenty of hot water. The rest of the room was a regular room, but spacious and clean, with a refrigerator and microwave, neither of which I used. Bed was reasonably comfortable. TV had decent program choices. i did wish I had a couple more hangers, but no biggie. There is free wifi, but I NEVER use public wifi so I can’t review that service. There are balconies. I checked in around 10:30 pm and the night clerk was friendly and gave me a choice of upper or lower level. I chose upper (he had told me ahead of time that there isn’t an elevator). The next night I asked for more tissues and an extra blanket, and the same clerk provided those. The extra blanket was definitely worn (some holes) but I’d rather the wear come from being laundered, so I was okay with that! I was given a room on the street side, and it is definitely noisy, but I always run a fan/ac, so I was fine with that. I also felt safe coming and going to the parking lot, and didn’t worry about leaving my vehicle there. I am notoriously bad at choosing hotels (it’s a family joke) so it was lovely to be wrong this time! 😁

The location of this hotel is perfect. I have stayed here in the winter for a swim meet at Whitworth and stayed here again for a swim meet at Witter pool. The location makes it easy to go downtown or to go north. I also really liked that we had a ground level room which made it easy access for my mom. Will definitely stay again.

Location was perfect. Lobby and dining area was minimal - no seating area and dining area wasn’t attractive. Also handicapped parking area was narrow and difficult to exit car.

The front desk clerk that was working graveyard, April 18-19 was so amazing! She went above and beyond for us! We are so grateful for her! The room was perfect, bed and pillows were so comfortable. Very well kept and nice. We will be staying again. Thank you!

The stay was great. Parking available, grab-and-go breakfast fine, staff friendly and rooms clean. Didn't use the wifi. Only downside was the pool and exercise rooms were closed, so if that's important, call ahead. I didn't need them, so having a clean, safe, less-expensive place for a quick overnight trip worked well for me.

This property has been remodeled and modern lobby amenities are very convenient. The rooms are clean and comfortable as the price is very reasonable compared to other hotels this close to downtown Spokane.

I was so excited to see that this hotel location is right next door to our favorite Pho Restaurant. Pho Van! This is our new spot to stay when we go to Spokane. Its affordable, it has a free breakfast, pool and Pho Soup for dinner. I love it!
