The Dellshire is beautiful! The rooms are spacious and clean. The restraunts and bar served delicious food and drink. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I’m thinking the pool area isn’t complete with decorations or the same vibe as the hotel. The water park area is geared for younger kids, but I went with my adult daughter’s so was fine for us. The swim up bar has delicious drinks. My only other suggestion would be to have signs telling where everything is: pool, restraunt, game room etc, I know it just opened so I’m sure they are still setting things up. I will definitely be staying here when I visit the Dells.

Dellshire is beautiful and we were impressed with the thought and planning that went into this resort. Our room did have some construction dirt that wasn’t fully cleaned up, and the hallway wasn’t really kept cleaned up, but if people would clean up their trash instead of throwing it on the floor, that would help, and those couple of things didn’t detract from our stay. The bed was super comfortable and the room was nice. We would definitely stay again.

Rooms were clean and comfy, staff were out of this world good at their jobs. Props to the whole team, especially the bar crew. Such a wonderful foundation for the resort! Only thing I found to be a bit lacking were the pools.

The resort is amazing down to every detail . Super clean . The staff were very friendly . The only improvement that may need to be done is the restaurant . My husband I both ordered the walleye and it was one thin piece of fish with fries and slaw for $28. We just thought that was not worth it . But other than that we loved the resort . Hope they get it worked out with the city so the dragon can breathe fire again . That would have been great to see . That’s not the resorts fault . We will stay there again for sure

The hotel was amazing! However, it was not fully booked and they gave us a room with a view of the roof. But the room was great! The restaurant was expensive. We didn't visit the pool. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

This was brand new build, so it was very clean and nice. It was only the 2nd week they were open, so it was fairly quiet as well (which was nice for us adults :D) Positives: Beautiful setting Fun fantasy vibes Clean Nice restaurant and cafe onsite Gorgeous pools Negatives: Only 1 parking spot per room (I don't understand this as people come from different areas so I hope this is something they look into, especially when there was plenty of parking) Speaking of parking, it was a very weird way to get into the parking lot which could be confusing for some Some of the games/ticketing didn't work which was disappointing and hope they get fixed Swim up bar is not really separate from swimming area (and I feel like they made it seem that way) Overall, the staff working were very nice and helpful. There were somethings that didn't work or some staff seemed unsure of what they needed to do but always were courteous. I think this would be a great place if you have younger kids as there is not waterpark area but nice pools to just swim and relax. Food was good and drinks were good and overall, reasonably priced for the Dells.

They just opened so check in was difficult. The map for the property definitely needs to be revised. It shows you a colored coded numbered map to find the amenities then you have to scan a QR code for the hours but none of if it explains what the amenities are example: Arcade, Restaurant, Bar, Pool, Gift shop

It was opening weekend. Staff were still being trained - meaning check in took a lot longer than it should have. Pool hours were dumb, it closed at 9pm (Maybe adults only till 11 would be good?).

We loved this hotel. One male staff in particular in the pool area was not very pleasant to be aeound but then he left and everything was perfect. We loved our suite and the heated pools and hot tubs! Helpful and friendly staff.

The Motel overcharged our credit card several times. Several things such as the dragon and arcade ticket redemption were not up and running yet. We were told they are still waiting on the permits. No one could give us any answers about anything we inquired about. I have yet to get the extra charges that were charged ti my credit card resolved. Definitely not what we were anticipating!! Would not go back or recommend to anyone. Could have went on a short vacation for the money we spent here! I could go on and on complaining, but have already wasted too much time and money on Dellshire!!!
