The staff, meals and facility was great. Shout out to the following employee, The evening shift supervisor. The only thing I did not like was the low height of the commode, as an elderly person it is not easy to get back up from the sitting position.

The staff was very helpful and kind! The restaurant was a welcome perk. The food was very good! I didn’t get to enjoy all the amenities at the hotel this time but I’d love to stay again and explore the city! Haley was super helpful and super kind! Give her a raise!! Felt very safe traveling solo with my dog!

We had a wonderful today at the Middletown Drury hotel. We had our Springer doodle with us and she was accommodated nicely. The $50 a night pet fee was a little steep but we enjoyed our stay. The free breakfast was nice and the kick back happy hour was nice although we didn't really get to take advantage of it unfortunately.

When I arrived, the process was smooth and easy. Was very happy to see how clean the hotel was and my room itself. A rarity in most hotels I have stayed in past. Will come back again when I get a chance

Very nice hotel with top notch staff. There was a false fire alarm during our stay. The staff on shift did an excellent job of handling the situation keeping customers calm and informed and clearing it as soon as possible. This was my second time staying at this hotel for a business trip, I will be back in a couple of weeks for another business trip and will not stay anywhere but here. Highly recommend.
