The Kickback appetizers at night were delicious and enough food that it served as our dinner. Breakfast was also very good and a good selection of items. Everything was clean and the room and bed were comfortable.

The staff was fantastic. The hotel was clean and beautiful. We received complimentary cocktails and dinner. There was also a complimentary breakfast buffet. I highly recommend this line of hotels.

10/10 Everything about this hotel was amazing!!!! We will definitely be back!!! Room was spacious and clean! Loved the huge bathroom and shower! Bed was very comfortable! Kickback buffet from 5:30-7 was phenomenal!!! There was so much food that we had it for dinner instead of going to a restaurant and it was FREE!!! I also love that this hotel has a large and nice hot tub!!! After a 8 hr drive and having a total knee replacement a year ago it was very relaxing to sit in!!! Parking was great and free as is the Wi-Fi! There are several coffee, tea and water stations throughout the lobby area and free popcorn! Staff was very friendly and professional!!! Spoke with both the night and morning managers who were both extremely friendly and proud of their hotel!!! We told them we usually stay at Embassy Suites every year for our annual drive from Florida to Indiana with Tennessee being our halfway point to stay at a hotel but not anymore!!! We will be staying here from now on!!! The breakfast buffet had A LOT of different food items to choose from and was delicious 😋 There is also their restaurant in the lobby called The Kitchen + Bar. We ordered 2 of their huge chocolate chip cookies with a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream on top and it was delicious 😋 Very nice location! It's quiet but also around a lot of places to eat, get coffee drinks and shopping! Going back to the room it was nice having a 2 room suite with separate bedroom with a door.

My mom and I stayed at this hotel and we both loved it! The room was clean and had plenty of towels, and the staff was very friendly. Check in was quick and painless, and the property was neat and clean. Every evening they have a "Kickback" where they provide food, snacks, and drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) free of charge! Breakfast is also great and complimentary. We would definitely stay here again, and I want to stay at other locations on future travels.

This was an overnight stay on the way to our destination, but I would happily come back here to stay for a multiple night visit. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The breakfast buffet was very tasty. Whenever, I’m in the Chattanooga area, I’ll stay at this Drury location.

This was an amazing hotel. We loved the room. Loved the free meals and the 3 free drinks per night. It was a bit of a drive to the downtown area but the hotel was worth it. We had a suite with king sized bed.
