The evening and morning manager (I forget her name- maybe started with an R?) was amazing. We enjoyed the dinner and breakfast and watched how attentive and familiar she was with everyone while being very busy. Everyone is so friendly, the building is gorgeous, and the location is perfect.

The rooms are spacious and immaculate. Awesome shower with strong water pressure. The observation deck is amazing and puts you in a skyscraper forest! Large indoor pool and spa. The best part is the free happy hour and breakfast. Hot food, beer, wine and cocktails at no charge.

The hot tub was pleasant and clean (indoors). The breakfast was good and saved money not eating out. We walked to PNC park and multiple restaurants. Also used local parking - greyhound station 3min walk away. Hotel was clean, quiet, and affordable with a great location for families, singles, couples, etc.

We had a great time at the Drury. We came in for the concert at Acrisure Stadium and the location of the hotel was perfect! Right downtown it was easily walkable to many things like the strip district and Arts Landing as well as many other restaurants and coffee shops. We even walked back from the stadium, which is about a 45 minute walk. It’s an older hotel but the rooms have everything you might need and it’s great to have complimentary breakfast and dinner offered although we didn’t get a chance to try it out. We loved the 24 hr coffee and bar and the lovely patio on the 8th floor . The hotel is very safe- you’ll need your room key in the elevator and also to enter the hotel after 8 or 9 pm. I think the most awesome thing about the hotel is the staff - they are fantastic! Warm, friendly, and super helpful. It also has the original bank vaults that are still there, which the meeting rooms are built around . Very cool ! I would stay here again if I were to come back to downtown Pittsburgh.

I can’t say enough about this place. The staff is so friendly and helpful. There are so many extras….popcorn, drinks, dinner, breakfast! Our room was perfect and very clean. Heather, a hostess there was so helpful and kind. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

The room was clean. The breakfast was similar to other hotel breakfasts. The evening food with drinks from 5:30 to 7:00 PM was excellent and totally unexpected. Staff was helpful.
