The rooms are great. The indoor pool is like one smaller pool, then a little bigger one, and a hot tub. It’s not the best for swimming laps but you can. But, it’s a good temperature and super relaxing. The whole resort has a coming vibe and never feels crowded. The grounds are so pretty with ponds and coy

The pool is not big enough to swim laps in. It is two circles with a circular Jacuzzi in the middle. The Jacuzzi water was hot, but there are no Jacuzzi jets didn't work. We were told the pool was heated. But the water was chilly. The property is lovely . Everyone was helpful. My room had a dirty coffee cup on the mantle and someone else's shoes in the closet. But it also had a beautiful fireplace that was on a timer, a huge tub, and beautiful tile work. There was a lovely fire pit in the quad for anyone to use as well. We got dinner to go and ate by the fire. They have a free shuttle that will take you into town and bring you back within a range of miles . We did not use it, but we thought that was a wonderful service to offer.

The resort’s location is perfect, within walking distance of the downtown (tourist area). The property is beautiful and very quiet. Each room has its own balcony or patio, while the casitas have their own designated outdoor area. The pool and hot tub are great as well. Very clean and well kept. The restaurant and bar had great staff and the food was well prepared. Overall, a lovely place for a vacation. I will be back.

Our patio did not have chairs, requested for two to be brought to room. That did not happen . Sad such a small request could not happen. Valet’s service was good, but seemed like an inconvenience for staff to assist. Overall rating would be 3.5. They could do better

This was by far one of the quieter and best places we have ever stayed. You feel like you’re in a different part of the world. Love the rooms with great balcony and the biggest tub ever!! Never ran out of hot water !! Coffee in room was awesome and the restaurant was amazing!! Front desk staff of Kasey and Amy were incredible and Emma in restaurant as well!!!

Stunning. This hotel was a splurge for us but well worth it. The room was gigantic and well appointed. We had a king and were given a rollaway bed for our daughter and we all fit just fine. Clean, comfortable, and quiet! We had a large tub and a balcony.

What a delightful getaway! Park like forested grounds, amazing saltwater pool and hot tub, full service on site spa and a comfortable library with fireplace, pool table and games available. They seemed to be understaffed during our stay, but we still enjoyed it immensely.

Wonderful stay and the staff were all exceptionally nice and helpful. I got a good message at the spa and Careen was great. I left the spa that day feeling very relaxed and like a new person. The hotel is so relaxing with the music playing and the outdoor area with the fire pit. I would stay o we and over again. 10 out of 10.

Everything was so great I loved my stay. From the hot tub to the gym and bar it was all beautiful. I stayed in the Tibet room and it was so relaxing with a Native American decor. I will definitely be staying here next time I come visit.
