3 night stay was excellent! Stayed with family. Great kitchen amenities for the kitchen and the river walk is right outside. Also the complimenrary breakfast buffet was nice, saved us money on breakfast.

The staff was very helpful. Provided map for the area, no issues with checking in, valet is in front of the building, they assisted us with bags and where check in desk is. Housekeeping checked with us to see if we needed anything, until I received a do not disturb card. Very good breakfast, staff friendly and cleaned areas when guests left so others could use tables. Very nice hotel. They did a great job. Very professional!

We had a wonderful stay at Element River Walk! The hotel was very spacious, clean, and well maintained. One of the highlights was the complimentary breakfast each morning—the food was fresh, delicious, and had a great variety. The staff was fantastic throughout our stay, but I especially want to recognize the breakfast team. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and worked hard to make sure everything was stocked and guests were taken care of. The location was a 10/10! It was convenient to everything we wanted to do and made exploring the River Walk so easy. Overall, I highly recommend staying here and would absolutely book this hotel again on a future trip.

I loved the atmosphere at the hotel. Check in was quick and effortless. I however, wasn't aware of their incidental fees.

We love the Element. Clean rooms and great location. Free breakfast is a plus (shout out to Ana and all the staff’s hard work for good food and clean facility). The roof top bar was a cool hangout too.

Beautiful hotel with super clean, spacious, and modern rooms featuring a kitchen, mini office, and a gorgeous view of downtown Austin. The bathroom was spotless and beautifully designed. The location felt very safe and was right in the middle of everything, within walking distance to the River Walk and many attractions, so we were able to walk everywhere. We used the valet parking, which was convenient but expensive at $50 per night. Keep in mind that the valet service is operated by a separate company, so the charge is billed separately. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. As members, we were also allowed an early check-in and late check-out, which made our stay even better. Overall, this hotel deserves 10 stars — we absolutely loved it!

The room was clean and well-equipped with a hair dryer, iron, ironing board, dishes, and paper towels. The location was excellent , close to the River Walk, shops, and restaurants. Hotel parking was $50 per night, but there was a public parking lot less than a 2-minute walk away for only $35. The breakfast was good and offered a wide variety of options. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again.
