Very nice hotel, beautifully decorated and very clean. The staff is super, so ready to assist and make you feel welcome. I would most definitely stay again. Be sure to try their Tequila martini in the bar, very good.

Central location, 5 min walk to main train station, secure with after hours and elevator key access required. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was not large but was sufficient and comfortable. Nice rainfall shower. Lights over the sink could be brighter. Large TV. Maid attended to the room every day and replaced the towels. Minibar and safe in the room. Robes and umbrella available in the large wardrobe.

One of the best experiences all around. Make sure to not overlook the restaurant.

The hotel has been historically maintained to perfection. The rooms were beautifully equipped with eloquent fixtures beds side table, wardrobe filled with robes and other amenities you would need. You can have custom cocktails and beverages at the bar along with satisfying snacks and also dinner and breakfast served at the hotel. Parking was right next door in a multi-level parking garage. Valet parking is available. The hotel main doors are locked in the evening which require you to use your key card for entry. The hotel was also within walking distance of shops, restaurants and attractions.

This place is a gem. Beautiful with an incredible restaurant attached. Traveling with my husband and our doggo, excellent surrounding area for sight seeing, dining and entertainment. Would love to come back when I have more time!

The staff was superb. Very friendly. The room was incredible. So feminine and elegant. Stayed here with my best friend and it was the perfect place for our trip. We will definitely be staying here from here on out. Valet was prompt and kind. Really enjoyed our experience at Fidelity. The towels and bed were super soft. We did not eat or go to the bar. Felt very secure and safe. Had to use our key cards to get in and use the elevator.

The decor is eclectic and amazing. The staff could not be more helpful. Ballet was super easy to use and the hotel restaurant has a Michelin star. The breakfast was great. The location is good for downtown. Easy walking distance to progressive field and the rock ‘n’ roll Hall of Fame

The biggest thing when I travel is cleanliness and this hotel was so so clean. Not one speck of dust or dirt. The rooms were so cool and unique. We loved this hotel. Our oldest child has autism and the staff were very accommodating and kind. They even let us check in early to help him when he was having a difficult time. Will definitely stay here again.
