The staff was friendly, Helpful, and hard working. The breakfast was great, tasty, and plentyful. The coffee was good as well. Air condition worked great. The lighting around the bed lamps could have use a brighter light bulb. others then that I loved it. I would stay there again.

Breakfast is good. If you want to save money touring oahu, this is the hotel for you. Free breakfast, free parking, less than an hour to most attractions. There are a lot of restaurants around including jollibee. There is also a walking distance grocery which is like whole foods that sells hot food. As you may be aware, it is really expensive in hawaii. There is also a washer and dryer onsite. Will definitely stay again here

I love this place. This is my second visit at this hotel. The best part beside the location is the breakfast, my daughter just loves it. The room was very clean and the parking was great. I like this place because its next to shopping restaurants and a movie theater.

We like everything it was very clean room , the staff was very kind and polite in all shifts , breakfast the three days always was fresh, healthy and the cafeteria was very clean, they have free fresh coffee and tea 24 hours….. love the parking space close to the entrance and not extra charge, also they have three elevators .definitely I’ll be back again to stay in my next vacation.

We traveled with two children until 3 and this was the perfect spot for us! Hotel was very clean and well maintained. We were away from the main touristy areas but still close enough to visit and explore when we wanted to. The area was quiet and easy to find parking. We could walk to the restaurant at the mall right beside us which was great! Staff was great! Breakfast was always great to start our day. You are so close to all the main attractions without dealing with the traffic and chaos of it. We would stay here again and highly recommended!

While I only overnighted, it was lovely. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, though the bed squeaked with any movement it was not terribly bothersome. I appreciated that there was a water fountain that I could use my own bottle to refill and that they had packaged up "breakfast to go" bags for those like me who didn't have time to enjoy the buffet. I also loved the location and that it was right in the corner of a lovely outdoor mall - I just wish I had time to shop! I will be back :)
