Clean room , a bit dated. Basically as we checked in an hour early , they were going to charge us by the hour or pay the upgrade to the higher floor which was a better option for us. Not an ideal way to Nickel and dime customers when adequate rooms are available. Good views from the 20th floor, as we faced the lake. Convenient location , restaurants in drivable range and some walkable. Onsite restaurant with food options , adequate parking at a cost, Gas stations nearby.

The room was very clean and big. We loved the double bathrooms that it is very convenience for family. The staff were very helpful to clean my room and provide the stuff we need. The hotel location was also super good. There were lots of restaurants and shopping around.
