I loved the building. It’s in a lovely spot a block from the bay so shops and restaurants are right out the front door. The building I stayed in was terrific. The only bummer, was my room was quite small, so I would advise not staying in room 1408. It was the smallest room I’ve ever stayed in. I arrived late at night as was too tired to call for my car and go back to the office to change rooms. That said it was quiet so I slept well.

We stayed at the beautiful Governor Calvert House for two nights. Excellent location to everything in historic Annapolis! Our room was very nice and the interior appears to be recently updated. Spotlessly clean! Looking forward to returning to Annapolis!

We really enjoyed our stay, especially because of the convenient location and great amenities. When we experienced issues with the cable and shower, the staff promptly moved us to another room without causing any major inconvenience. My partner and I would absolutely stay here again.

Everything was great. The only thing was the discrepancy between the price on xperia, and what I actually paid was like. $50 difference, more $50 more. So instead of 241, they charge me like 298 other than that. Excellent, stay excellent hotel. Excellent people. Excellent staff just discrepancy on the payment. It was a little bit higher than approved by expedia

Could not ask for a more perfect location for my first visit to beautiful, historic Annapolis, and the room and staff were great. There’s no on-site parking but you can self-park at nearby Hillman Garage if you don’t want to valet.

Great stay! Could not beat the location in walking distance to so many restaurants, shops, points of interest. Staff was very attentive when needing anything. Our TV cable box was not resetting correctly, maintenance quickly took care of. The only feedback there were 4 people in the room and only 3 towels available. Not an overly huge deal. We’d stay here again!

The room was small, but very nice for me (a single traveler). Bathroom was small and not well lit, but it was still nice. The bed was really comfortable! I enjoyed my stay in this historical inn.

Hotel and staff were wonderful! In town for family wedding, location was excellent for walking downtown to shops and restaurants. Hotel shuttle was so convenient for going to wedding in town too. Hotel valet staff and front desk made the stay excellent. Room size was very nice, overall a wonderful weekend, would definitely stay again next time in town.

We had an amazing stay at the Historic Inns of Annapolis and would absolutely stay here again. From the moment we arrived, the valet staff was incredible. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. One thing that really stood out was that they allowed us to keep our car with valet service until 2:00 p.m. on the day we checked out so we could spend a little more time exploring Annapolis before heading to the airport. That extra accommodation made a huge difference and was very much appreciated. The grounds and buildings are beautiful, and the historic charm throughout the property is amazing. Our room was comfortable, clean, and exactly what we hoped for in a historic inn. The only downside was the bathroom. The shower/tub area was very small. I'm not even 5 feet tall and barely 100 pounds, and it felt pretty cramped even for me. That said, it certainly wasn't enough to take away from an otherwise excellent stay. The bar was fantastic, and the bartender was awesome. I wish I could remember his name because he made the best chocolate martini I've ever had. While chatting with us, he even gave us a little tour of some of the downstairs historic lobby areas, which was such a nice touch and made us appreciate the property's history even more. Overall, everything was wonderful. Beautiful property, great staff, excellent service, and a perfect location. We'd absolutely stay here again and do it all over in a heartbeat.
