Traveling to Myrtle Beach,SC with my 3 kids and wife. We stayed in homewood suite by Hilton oceanfront resort. We enjoyed everything about this trip great location, great breakfast buffet (my kids loved) and next to boardwalk walk and major South Carolina Myrtle attraction as: SkyWheel and piers. Also, on site Kids Waterpark, jacuzzi, pool and lazy river water are very convenient. I’ll definitely recommend this hotel to any one traveling to Myrtle Beach,SC. Thank you!!

Property is right on the beach and walking distance to the Boardwalk. Room was wonderful! It was a very busy hotel, so give yourself extra time for the elevators since they were always full, but people were great and everyone was positive and helpful.

Dear [Hotel Management / Customer Service Team], I am writing to express my strong disappointment regarding my recent reservation at your hotel. I had booked a two-room suite specifically because I am traveling with my 38-year-old son, who has disabilities and cannot stay alone. It was essential for us to have separate rooms within the same suite so that my wife and I could provide the necessary care while maintaining appropriate sleeping arrangements. Upon check-in, I was informed that the two-room suites were completely filled. Although your staff offered us two separate suites, they did not have connecting doors. Because of my son's medical and care needs, leaving him alone in a separate room was not an option, and we could not accept this arrangement. This situation caused significant distress and disruption to our travel plans. I request that you look into this matter and let me know how you intend to address this failure to honor our guaranteed reservation. I look forward to your prompt response. Sincerely, Henri T

We really loved our stay. The view is amazing. We'll be staying here again. Our entire family had a great experience (wife and two boys 13 and 10). They staff were all very nice. Being able to text the front desk with questions or requests was a great experience. The kids loved the facilities. The pool and slide were a huge bonus. They spent at least two hours each day just swimming. Breakfast was always well stocked with a variety of breakfast foods: scrambled eggs, different meat selections, potatoes, fruits, cereal, waffles, muffins, etc. The location is very convenient. We walked down the boardwalk one night to one of the piers. That particular pier put on a great fireworks show on Wednesday night. There's also a Starbucks and ice cream shop just next door. The on-premise cafe also serves a good lunch and dinner if you're just wanting to say close to the beach and not drive anywhere. My only cons: The parking was $25/day regardless if you valet or not. It didn't bother me that much but I also don't remember seeing that when I made my reservations. I may have overlooked it though. The room also seemed slightly worn but it was nothing that we worried about. I have a higher tolerance for rooms that are that close to the beach. I'm ok with some slightly worn carpet and a cabinet drawer that seems messed up. It wasn't enough to keep me from wanting to go right back there next year.
