The room is small but tidy, functional, and clean. Queen bed with four firm pillows. There is a small desk and chair to get work done. WiFi is flawless. There is a keri coffee maker with pods, but no snacks, no fridge, no safe. I didn't try the to, but it looked new. The bathroom is adequate. The shower is small and only one person can use it. There is a complimentary breakfast in a small space with fresh pastries, seen by the delivery guy. There is no space to sit and get work done other than the breakfast area. Some people suggested a curtain, my room had a barn door, which closed the bathroom from the bedroom but not from the front door. The room is not well isolated. I could hear people walking above me a little crack in the ceiling and people slamming their doors in the morning. This place is not suitable for light sleepers. There is a nightclub nearby called the patio, which plays loud music and yelling until 1 am. I have stayed at this hotel three nights. For this reason, I would not suggest this place.

This place has some pros and cons, but one thing you should know is that this is a so facility that has been renovated. The location of the keen hotel is the best. A number of excellent restaurants can be reached on foot in minutes from it, which is right in the heart of downtown Palo Alto. The accommodations are modest and basic. We reserved a ground-floor room and a bigger, more cozy one. The window opened through a shaft between buildings, with few natural light. We could have gone around that, but the room lacks only a curtain and no bathroom door. If you are traveling alone, that may be fine, but sharing the space doesn't provide any privacy. We talked to the front desk, and we were moved to a grd floor, a smaller, cozy room, but it was much nicer. If had adequate light, ventilation, and a bathroom door. Make sure you verify what you are getting if this is a significant concern to you. We came to the pretty comfortable room, which was very cozy. After a night out in Palo Alto, a lovely place to sleep. The desk was infrequent, and the breakfast was minimal. Overall, it was fine once we switched rooms, but I doubt I'll return.

This hotel is in the heart of Palo Alto. I enjoyed my stay here. The location is very strategic. And then, the employee was very nice. Subsequently, the location is very good.
