Room was clean and staff was very friendly. Loved the microwave and mini fridge. It was perfect for our needs. It was very close to the winery where we did an event. Would definitely stay again.

The outside area of the hotel still needs some work. They are currently in the process of updating the rooms due to new ownership. I didn't have any towels in the room, but rectified quickly. One of the employees (John) gave me a ride to and from a wedding that I was for. Everyone was nice at the hotel. No issues.

Stayed at hotel lake Anna for one night for the rem faire that was near by. All in all it was a good stay and it’s clear they are working hard to make improvements to the place. The service was also great!

Had to run water for a half hour to 1 hour to get it clear. Nobody ever in the office had to call them to check in and check out. I had to empty my own trash and call them to get trash bags.

Very interesting diamond in the rough. Outside appearance would suggest a single star. But....the staff, layout, accommodations and 'home town' comfort of the rooms WELL make up for it! Would recommend this location to family, friends, or anyone coming to the area! Only downside....during my stay...the steakhouse is closed for renovations. So had to drive 3 minutes to get food.

Check in was easy and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was renovated and clean. Hotel deceiving from outside. There is a restaurant attached to hotel but were only serving burgers during our stay. Found a great Italian restaurant close by - Vic’s. Only negative was the strong smell of deodorizer (perfume-like) in the room.

The hotel was very pleasant. It was clean and secure. The staff was incredible!!! I can't say enough about the friendly and very accomodating staff. I don't think you will find any better customer service in any hotel. These folks are the best! I dropped my key at my brother's house before I left foe the night. We got back to the hotel at 1:00AM and the staff was still in the office and gladly gave us the spare key! We will definitely return to this hotel!
