The service provided by elizabeth and nicholas was excellent! The food was fresh and the process was quick. They were able to take care of all of us even with so many customers. I had the networkers cheeseburgers and french toast for breakfast, which were both delicious.

The hotel is suitable for a short stay. The rooms are on the smaller side and feel tinier. Sheets are clean, but im not sure if the blankets were clean. There is upscale entrance that gives off an elegant appearance as the first impression - fancy water, comfortable couches, and very friendly customer service. Elevators are quite old and could use some maintenance. Common areas restrooms also looked clean and well maintained. Its proximity to the airport is the biggest plus, it only takes 7 minutes to drive there. A 24hour shuttle service is available. If you are not driving, you can go into town at the blue line train station.

The hyatt rosemont has its ups and downs. Pharmaca has decent toiletries in the rooms. Refrigerators, air conditioning that can be adjusted, and some rooms have microwaves but not all. I dont like the bedding. Its starchy and drys your skin out. If youd call it that, a very thin blanket. No continental breakfast. The hotel restaurant is subpar and expensive, but the staff is very nice! They will hold packages for you in their mail room if you have them sent. There isnt much else around, only he casino. Rosemont station on the blue line is close to the hotel, which is near the rosemount station, as well as the airport. My video tour is included!.

We will most likely return and also recommend the hyatt rosemont to family and friends. The bartender, becca, was fantastic to us! She was very friendly as soon as we approached the bar. All the staff were very helpful. Great location close to many attractions.

We stayed here for a short night due to unforeseen circumstances. The staff was extremely friendly and treated me well. I had hoped to stay here again because the room was basic and clean. Additionally, there is onsite shuttle service to and from the airport.

The hotel is antiquated and ancient. The comforter was soiled and the bedding and mattress were old. However, the hotel and room were immaculate.

This place offers excellent service, and having the airport shuttle operating every 30 minutes ensures we dont miss a flight is incredibly convenient.

The room itself was decent. The windows could use a little more soundproofing because it is close to the airport (i had to use headphones). Good location near ohare. Parking is pricier ($25 per night). Rivers casino is directly across the street. It is simple to get to downtown chicago and the north suburbs.

I was surprised that someone above me was making a little noise. However, the bed is cozy and warm. Coffee and blowdryer in the room. Also, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Very nice.

The server named becky was amazing. She has a great personality and is very attentive to the customers. I stay here mainly if i go here twice yearly, so its always gratifying to get good service. Its what keeps me coming back to this place.

I can easily get to the train station because they offer free airport shuttle service. And then, the best value ratio ive found in chicago.

This hotel is elegant and beautiful. Its a great place to hold meetings, trainings, or social events. The staff is willing to go above and beyond. But my favorite was the made by jojo pesto chicken sandwich. I love that my food is fresh, hot, and delicious. Will definitely be back.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Rosemont area, Ohare, and Rivers (Casino). Elizabeth was fantastic, while the bartender, nichola, was knowledgeable, attentive, undeniably entertaining. Although the lobby needs some work, the food is decent and reasonably priced. I plan to return in the near future.

The rooms were a good size and very clean. The proximity to the casino is favourable because it is directly across the street and there are many other activities in the area near the hotel. Hyatt rosemnots staff was amazing. They were all so friendly and provided excellent customer service.

The staff here are amazing! I stayed here after united airlines stranded me at o'Hare. I had my credit cards compromised while on vacation and the airline and rental car agencies were less than helpful to help me get home. The only ones to assist me were the wonderful people at the hyatt rosemont. When i arrived at this hotel wet from walking in the rain and tired. They discounted the room for me and helped me settle in. Thank you for a home away from home, thank you. It was incredibly comfortable and adorned with utmost comfort. Without if you stay here again, ill definitely stay there again and recommend you do too.

This is not the best option if one wanted to be close to downtown. Excellent location for a conference hotel near the airport. The personnel were friendly, modern, and spotless.

I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a charming and intimate experience. Nicole was excellent, she was very accommodating and kind, and Elizabeth was also quite helpful. The selection of beer and liquors is good, the food is always delicious. Bathrooms are tad far from the bar, but you cant win them all.
