Received a super welcome at check-in from Georgia – very friendly and knowledgeable - who went out of her way to make sure we would have a good visit. Always a great start to a trip. Juniper Springs has a location slightly uphill - there’s a view. A free trolley bus swings around to take you into town. There are two buildings each w. a pools and hot tub, plus a grill and outside seating. The upper building has a nice central lounge area and a small enclosure to place bikes which are not to go into units (bring a lock). There is one inside parking spot per unit with additional parking outside the front building. Each unit is individually owned so there will be some differences in furnishings and finishes. I believe each has a balcony (size depends on unit size). Our mattresses, sheets, pillows and towels were good quality. (even extra towels for the hot tub). Furnishings nice. CAll clean. Sufficient kitchen items. This was our second time at Juniper Springs after we discovered it last year and we will return.

The staff was really accommodating and wonderful. The original room that we were in for one night was very rundown and outdated. The staff showed us other options. Eventually, we were offered a wonderful room that had been newly refurbished. We had a very enjoyable stay in there. This is our second time staying at this facility. We really enjoy it there, the views are great and it is conveniently located.

I love Juniper Springs Resort. The resort is great and in a great location. I love hiking in the summer at Mammoth Lakes, and Juniper Springs Resort is a great home base. There is so much natural beauty around the area. Plan on coming back.

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights. It was a family vacation my Son and his family and my daughter and her Son. They were camped at Twin Lakes not too far away from us. We are elderly people who prefer to stay in nice places like this. Everything was great the only thing that I noticed was the towels were not very soft but a little scratchy. That was really the one thing out of all the things that could have been wrong. The staff in every department or position were very friendly and nice and always helpful. We will be back again.

Great accommodations in a great location for visiting Mammoth Lakes and surrounding areas. Georgia was super helpful in getting us checked in and put in a room that met our family's needs. The 3 bedroom condo with fully equipped kitchen was perfect for our family of 5.

The staff was very helpful. We were there to hike and a few really good trails were recommmended as well as eating establishments that were incredible. We didn’t really need any services beyond extra towels but the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Visiting a ski resort hotel out of season has never let us down, and this was no exception. Our room was very nice and quiet. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Shower was hot. This was probably the best lodging value we got on our 12-day NoCal vacation.
