The interior of the entire resort was clean and inviting. The staff were always smiling and very willing to assist. The bar/restaurant and coffee shop provided great food and drink options. The exterior (paint and stuff) is needing a bit of TLC. Location is perfect. Views between the beautiful trees was quite nice. Just a few steps downhill to the village with lots of food, drink, and shopping options. There's no reason we feel we wouldn't stay there again.

Great location right next to the lake and village. Super friendly staff. Fitness center was a pleasant surprise…much bigger than expected. Hotel also offers private boat tours which are definitely worth the money as it’s by far the best way to experience the lake. Will stay again next time in the area.

The customer service was great, the room, I was in had stunning lakefront view, everything is well maintained, the spa, a great sauna, jacuzzi, showers w/toiletries and ask for Ken, best deep tissue massage ever! Will definitely go back!

Such a beautiful and relaxing location. Spent a bit extra to get a lake view and woke up to the sunrise; it was gorgeous bouncing off the lake and well worth it. Hotel was clean and the staff was really friendly. The hotel restaurant/bar was beautiful and had really good food. Highly suggest staying here, and I know I'll be back at some point.

Came here for our wedding anniversary. The staff was nice. They upgraded us to a lake view upon check in. The room was lovely with an amazing view. The room was clean, with a cute balcony. There is a mini fridge and coffee maker in the room but no microwave. They do have a shared microwave located right beside the ice machine in the hallway. During our stay we were able to use the gym and the pool and jacuzzi. The hote's location is right beside the village where you will find shops, restaurants and the boat tour. Overall, we loved this place and will be coming back for future adventures.

The room was clean, bed was okay. The balcony view is misleading for the room we got as it looked into a group of trees. The staff was very friendly. The food was good as well as the drinks at the bar. The hot tub was very nice and hot!! The space down by the lake had chairs to sit in by the water. The only thing missing was a bonfire, the pit there was locked up not being used. Overall a 9 out of 10 experience. Would recommend and possibly go back should I be in the area again for vacation.
