I had gotten my rate from Expedia when I arrived my reservation was not there and they tried to charge me top rate when I showed my reservation to have the rate fixed it took the 3rd person from another of their properties to fix my rate. The night manager nor the evening clerk nor the customer service could it yet each one told me it was going to be fixed. I’ve been in the hotel industry since 1994 and that was unacceptable. The staff otherwise were very friendly but more honesty is needed. Thank you. I still love the property overall.

Lovely and comfortable rooms. Super comfortable beds and love the roll-in shower feature. Since I am not safe getting in and out of a tub, this experience in the handicap room was top notch. The staff is very welcoming and friendly (except security staff- who we found to be rude, Insinuating and unprofessional when having any contact with at least two, in particular. Otherwise, our stay was wonderful and we will be back! And we highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel, brand new so still very nice. The casino, however, was not very generous. I think they are trying to pay off the place. Also, not a lot of food options, and none of the rooms have a lake view.

Got there earlier than my check-in and didn't realize that check-in wasn't until 4pm. We had a graduation diner to attend and had been on the road for 8 hours. We needed to get ready and get out of the car. The staff helped out and let us check-in almost two hours early. Room was clean with plenty of amenities. Staff very helpful and courteous. Casino was clean and had plenty of games to choose from. Won a little lost a little. Had a good time.

Being that close to a lake that host major fishing tournament's you would think yall would have accommodations for the boat with places to plug in and charge boats and have somewhat of a kid friendly environment while adults play at the casino. Food was medicore and you have to walk your kid to the bathroom because they cant walk thru the casino. And the hotel wont accept cash for room payment BUT you will take cash at casino and at restaurant. We will never stay there again.
